Booked a room. Arrived at 1030pm. Told me my room wasn't ready, that there was a problem with it, and that they have no rooms for me. They spent an hour and found me another hotel. Checked into that hotel at 1130pm. Went back to San Fernando the next day and was finally checked into my room.

Except...the hotel they checked me in was a 4*. I did not get any money back, any compensation, nothing. They offered me a suite upgrade...on the day that I was checking out. Tried emailing the hotel manager. Completely ignored. Horrible service. Would...
