I've been there a few times even though we have had inconsistent food and service there in the past, however after last week's experience never again. We ordered an omelette(with a soggy salad and white sliced bread used for sandwhiches that I can get from any generic supermarket) and eggs Royale. 2 out of the 3 poached eggs had a significant amount of uncooked egg white. Poached eggs should have a runny yolk and cooked white. My mother didn't want to create a fuss so simply ate around it. I mentioned it to the waiter who said he would let the kitchen know. However no one followed up by checking up or offering some sort of apology. I proceeded to find a manager and ended up speaking to the assistant manager. I told him I wanted to mention what happened to him incase he wasn't told. He was cool as a cucumber, sitting down behind his desk, arms folded and simply said he was told already. I was expecting him to say something but when silence ensued, I proceeded to tell him how it wasn't properly cooked, that there have been inconsistencies in the past as well and I wasn't sure if the kitchen had changed etc. He proceed to say that the kitchen has been the same for the last 2 years and that he spoke to them and that sometimes this happens. So it's acceptable to send out uncooked food and be inconsistent? He then told me that we should have told them from the beginning and I told him that we didn't want to make a fuss but we did mention in the end in order for them to know. He continued to have a completely apathetic attitude and I told him that there wasn't even an apology or anyone coming to speak to us. As I turned to leave and was walking away he loudly said 'Apologies!' in a rather sarcastic manner. Once we asked for the bill, it came to full price which we said we would not be paying fully so the lovely assistant manager removed the equivalent price of one egg. I mean how petty can you get🤣 it's not about the price, the gesture should have come from them directly. This place charges way too much for something that doesn't even match up to food quality or service. I live abroad in a busy, cosmopolitan city and no one would accept this. Let alone any chef that would serve it! Yes, it is a good location but who cares about that, number one focus should be the food. Our waiter was friendly, however inattentive as he quickly forgot about us, as soon as he left our food. Hi. Today we went with my wife and my 3y.o. son to have a meal. We ordered some drinks and had some questions about the food. The waiter went in the kitchen to ask and by the time he went out their Manager or Supervisor (very rude woman) called him to sit on the table for a meeting which was 2 meters away. We heard almost all of the conversation without even wanting. She started being rude with all the staff members and we tried to pretend we don't hear anything. So we couldn't even order because she kept them busy and she was even facing us. When she was talking to them she was very bossy and they all were just listening her complains.
She crossed the border of my patience when she asked a staff member why didnt he bring some glasses outside and asked him I quote: “Are you stupid like him?” Pointing another staff member. Then after that she said to the one she called “stupid” : “You are malakas re, you go all the time to pout*nes!” And the boy was not more than 22-23 y.o.
I got angry and stood up asking for the bill. She printed the bill and trying to keep us stay with the excuse: “Why didn't you call us to take your order? You can stay and we will give you sweets on the house”
I told her I don't like the attitude she has with the staff members and this is the reason we want to leave. Her answer was that she was joking with them.

I saw 2 different parties leave after waiting like us for over 10 mins. Table beside me had to send the kids over to ask for sugar and eventually the bill. We sat with dirty plates for over 10 mins, when we requested menus and clean table, no apologies were offered. It’s a shame because it’s not the employees’ fault, clearly they are understaffed, as soon as it got quieter they managed to catch up and service improved but such an upscale place should be prepared, only give one star because the food and the nice view of the marina. I also heard they were encouraging people not to order food which it’s true ridiculous but again, I think they had no choice so they were left to find other solutions. Manager/owner/Breeze group should invest on this, surely they are not paying enough for their staff or to maintain normal...
