The river itself is beautiful and the route is mostly relaxed, with slides that are generally intuitive. However, on a crowded and heavily rainy day, the experience became problematic. The slides felt chaotic and potentially unsafe, and we were surprised there was no staff at these key points to monitor or assist. The vendor's logistics were also a bit of a letdown. Our pickup was late, with no one at Rozsyp point at time of arrival, and the boat exit point there is in a poorly chosen, fast-moving current which is very easy to miss, with no staff awaiting. When we struggled, a team member on the shore saw us but was completely indifferent. I would be hesitant to do this again with kids, especially when the river...

Really friendly service - even if you dilly-dally and take waaaay too long to get to your pickup point as we did. What a lovely kayak trip. Great welcoming staff with great English. The explanation were exact. We did T1 trip which took less than 2 hours and was sufficient for us. It is a calm trip - not exactly "Rafting" in the extrem sense.... They have free parking. They pick you back from the ending point to the start.
