Penzion V Suchu — Hotel in okres Český Krumlov

The worst place I’ve ever been to. 人生去過最差嘅住宿. I am a solo traveler, and I book the room at Agoda for one person one night. They told me that they didn’t receive any confirmation from the Agoda and they will not let me go inside, but I paid and I got a confirmation letter with signature from Agoda. I was early before check-in. I went there at 2 o’clock. It is an hour early from the check-in so I wait outside. And then when it is about 230 some woman come to the house. She is so rude and she don’t speak English. She is very polite and saying that there is no booking for today so you must leave right now. But I have nowhere to go and I’ve booked and I’ve paid. So I can’t tell her the situation that I am in and we have an hour of fight just because she don’t wanna type in Google translate but she don’t know English. I am so confused and so unsafe that time I feel so offended because of her reaction and attitude. After the woman ( she claimed that she is the owner, but she looked like she only clean for the house ) been scolding me for half an hour and other girl came and after chatting with the girl, I found out that we have the same booking in the same room and at the same night. We both paid from the third-party company ( agoda and booking.com) and the woman keeps saying she didn’t receive any booking and need us to pay for cash or they won’t let us in but the location was far and it is not easy to walk with luggage so me and the girl need to pay 50 Europe crash for one night stay and the room it’s not clean!!! it is dirty, and the door is broken when the other girl is showering, she closed the bathroom door and then she cannot open the door and no one can help us. She has been stuck in the toilet for an hour and no one is helping us. So I pay for €50 for sleeping with and random girl that I meet because of the double booking and now Agoda is not going to give me back my refund and need me proof, but I have no proof because they need me to pay by cash I think it’s a scamming. Please don’t choose this hostel to stay for night. They have scamming me for €100 because I’ve paid on Agoda and pay 50 again by cash in the house. For a girls solo traveler, I feel so unsafe and the woman is so rude. I didn’t expect I need to pay €100 to sleep in an unclean room and sleep with another random girl in the same bed because of double booking and they don’t want to admit they’re wrong. such our...

The pension is 10-15 minute’s walk to the centre of the old town.||We were in room 1 on the ground floor, next to the entrance and the breakfast room. ||The room was spacious and clean, with timber floor, a large double bed and a couch. ||There was small fridge and a small portable TV which had no English-speaking channels.||We were there in the middle of summer, which was very hot. There was no air-conditioning and not even a fan in the room. We had to open the windows but then the room became very noisy due to cars rushing about on the street in front. ||There was free WiFi with no password. ||Even though we stayed there for 3 days only 2 small sachets of shower gel/shampoo were provided. So bring your own shower gel and shampoo if you want to stay there for more than a day or two.||There was no proper reception desk so you had to inform the owner/manager when you were going to turn up. He came to check you in and then disappeared. As there was no staff around, except at breakfast time, it was very hard to ask for any assistance or information if needed. There were some tourist guides and leaflets provided on the wall next to entrance but they were mostly in Czech. ||Breakfast was included in the room rate. It consisted of muesli, yoghurt, bread, cheese, cold meat and some fruit, tea and coffee.||We were looking for a quiet, comfortable place to relax while visiting Cesky Krumlow. Stayed 2 nights. |(+):Large rooms, easily sleeps 3, - in double/single; clean room, linen,good beds, clean bathroom, quick hot water!|Small kitchen with limited utensils for those so inclined; small dining table in room.|Fair breakfast for price.|Nice location on river; but see below re noise.|30 metres from rafting post- big +.|On site parking - see pictures|About 20 min easy walk into center, along/across river. Did not feel there would have been any advantage to staying in center ( parking, luggage hassles); and safe to walk late into night.|Friendly staff; took a little coaxing to get some eggs cooked for breakfast.||(-): We were there when it was hot- no A/C so had windows open at night and even though on a smaller road along river - seems people have to drive fast on it- resulting in quite a lot of traffic noise in all the upper level rooms we had. (Maybe less if windows closed)|Also no drinking water in rooms ( we got some from a supermarket across the river- bridge close by). |Not many restaurants close by.|Room not made in day when we were out (?
