I'm going to give you the HONEST review of this place. Before you go, you should know that customers get a free product in exchange for a 5 star google review. That's why there are so many.

1.) The service was great. No complaints. We got there early, and the employees were very accommodating. We were allowed to drink freely in the reception area before the room was ready. You can truly have as much beer as you want before, during, and after the stay. It's awesome.

2 ) The water in the bath is warm, NOT hot. If you are a bath or hot tub enthusiast, you will be disappointed in the temp. It's no more than 26 degrees Celcius/ 80 degrees Fahrenheit. This was the biggest disappointment. Don't expect the typical temperature of a hot tub. Expect the temperature of a hot tub that has been shut off for like, 12 hours.

3.) As other reviews have mentioned, your hour long experience is actually about 50 minutes, and the jets of the tub only run for 25 minutes. You get brought to your room, the employee shows you around, then sets a timer for 50 minutes. You are expected to get out and dress yourself after the 50 minutes, with the last 10 minutes of your hour used to get dressed, and get out of the room.

4.) The fireplace is fake. Maybe you knew that, but my partner and I were naive and thought there would be a real fireplace. It's a heater. Darn.

Overall, this was a fun experience that there's no need to do ever again. The hop/yeast mix feels good on your skin, so if you don't care that you're sitting in luke warm water the entire time, you'll get what you want out of the experience. If anything, it gave me inspiration for my...

Atmosphere & Ambiance – 10/10

The highlight, of course, is soaking in a tub filled with warm, bubbling water infused with beer ingredients—hops, malt, and yeast. Not only does it feel amazing, but it’s also great for the skin. My skin felt softer and more refreshed afterward. Plus, the warm temperature helps with relaxation and muscle tension.

Unlimited Beer – 10/10

What makes this experience even better? Unlimited draft beer! While soaking in the tub, you can pour yourself a cold, fresh pint straight from the tap. The beer was high quality and paired perfectly with the experience.

Extras – 9/10

Some places offer additional perks like a heated relaxation bed after the bath, beer-based body scrubs, or even a beer massage. I highly recommend adding one of these to complete the experience!

We -9 friends- were here for our epic 40th bday celebration. We had called them before booking, asking if we book for 8 people and pay an extra person will it be allowed and the response was yes, accordingly we booked for 8 people. However when we went there they denied entry for the 9th person and didn’t accept payment for an extra person. The staff ‘Tania’ was very rude and not welcoming. We asked her several times for water and bread but she responded very rudely. She was making weird faces and was totally racist. Tania also entered the changing room while we all were changing in that 1 bathroom space given for 8 people, and she kept coming in and didn’t give us any privacy. We rang the bell several times during the spa, but she didn’t turn up. Overall our experience was bad and for the price we paid, we didn’t enjoy , on the contrary our evening was totally ruined!
