The cave itself is a nice enviroment, VIP and the promise of a private shuttle for your group is a rip off. The manager or owner never followed up and never provided transportation back to the resort. The are a few different payment options available. We purchase VIP tickets $100 per person (RIP OFF) to ensure we had a private shuttle to The cave and back, which we did not receive. A group shuttle picked us up and no shuttle was at Imagine to take us back to the resort. I also wanted to ensure we had a seat was another reason we purchased VIP. , you can purchase a premium ticket for $85 with open bar, seating and a group shuttle to get you back and forth which is a good deal if you drink. Once inside we realized we should have just paid for open bar and ended up paying an additional payment to $nycegroup which was instructed by the owner to receive open bar. A few moments later the owner asked us to move down to accomadate a party of 25, we did with no problem. I reached out to $nycegroup and Imagine to inform them we did not have a shuttle back to the hotel (group or private) and had to take a taxi back to our resort. I was told my messages would be forwarded to the owers and never received a response. Definelty bad business for the amount we paid to...

Great layout, nice potencial apparently with three different areas and 3 different types of music, but what we actually saw at the Friday night we visited the place, was only one area operating with latino and Pitbullish music, one of the areas was fully closed and our preferred one with lounge- house music was empty with no one at the bar. We also weren't allowed to sit on many empty benches unless we bought a VIP package which we didn't as it totally didn't worth it! The population seemed to be mostly teens and minors as there is no ID check. Despite the fact that we were sold an open bar entrance we couldn't get beer unless we paid. What kind of open bar has no beer?! The open bar package gives you the option of cheap vodka or rum with artificial juices or colored liquids that came from big bottles without any labels! probably mixed locally in the bar! The lounge music was great but as I said there was no one at the area and its bar was closed. The only open bar was at the latino-pop area with lots of cigarette smoke . We were expecting a lot more from a Friday night cave club. Don't pay for open bar unless you wanna get trashed with cheap alcohol and you enjoy latino-Pittbull music in a smoke...
