I arrived at about 2am and was checked in swiftly. I expected the room to be quite noisy due to the hotels location which is downtown Windsor but it was fine all through my 3 nights stay. I suppose this was because I got one of the rear facing rooms. The room was clean, clean towels and beddings and the cleaners were very quick to clean the room each time we went out for the day. One thing though, one of the workers opened up the room for cleaning while I was asleep and I had the "do not disturb" sign up. She apologized when she found out we were in there. They had a coffee machine and provided 4 pods daily which was a good add on for me as a coffee lover..obviously there was tea as well. There was an iron and board in the room as well as a safe. Shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, body lotion and hand wash all provided. My room did not come with breakfast, however I went down to pay for breakfast on the first morning but it wasn't at all great with regards to variety. It was 15.99 but then we also got charged separately for tea and coffee Honestly that wasn't a problem.. it was the lack of variety for me. I have to add though that the waitress was fantastic with her service. To sum it all up, I loved the location, as I had the options of various restaurants around. I think for me that's a plus. Obviously that also comes with the problem of noise when you are downtown but I'll rather be here than a location where I won't have the options of various restaurants. There's also a bus terminal not far off. So to the main question, would I come back. YES... Lastly I forget my ring in the room when I checked out. A few minutes later I could hear shouts behind me. I had given the guy at the reception a lot of work running. Thanks to him. I got my ring back.

Service: Stewart at the front desk is AMAZING. We’ll literally be staying here again BECAUSE of him. He made all the difference. Accommodating, kind, helpful, and resourceful. Can’t speak to the others much bc we didn’t really interact with them but Stewart is the man. Location: Close to the water, Caesar’s and amenities. Parking garage is a little funky but manageable. Would be a tough location to check into if it was busy so keep that in mind. You’ll see in the photo that they do include earplugs in the room because the hotel is along a busier city street (a nice touch). Rooms: The only reason I’m leaving 4 stars is because we had some peanuts on the floor of our room and we don’t eat peanuts. We didn’t notice until we got back around 2am so we didn’t say anything, but I feel it’s worth noting. I have a photo of them, but am choosing to leave it out because I believe this was an unfortunate mistake and hopefully not a reflection of the housekeeping staff as a whole. Our room was identical to the ones you’d see in their photos online. Shower and hair dryer worked well and the beds are comfyyyy. Overall we had a great experience so I can’t in good conscience give a poor review due to 1 housekeepers mistake; everything else was quite lovely. Lastly I believe the pool closes at 10 and they have Fionn MaCool’s (Breakfast 6am-9am, Lupper 3pm-10pm) should you need some eats. Hope this helps! :)

Spent a night here with the family. *Location: OK, close to Ambassador bridge if you're coming or going to the US. *View: As you can see from the pictures, you can see the Detroit skyline in the background, but the rest of the view isn't great. *Rooms: Hotel is mostly newly renovated. Rooms are nice and clean. Unfortunately, the AC in our room needed service and the fan started rattling in the middle of the night, forcing us to turn it off. The bathroom fan (moderately loud) and light are a single switch, so for a family, might not be ideal if someone is going to the bathroom after kids are in bed. *Parking is $15 a night. All in all an average 4 Points hotel.

Found a bed bug in my room Tuesday January 9 2024, left my room early due to the bug, they offered no refund, left things behind because I was disgusted with the bedbug being in the bathroom while I was showering, and I left immediately after, and the hotel only offered me 5000 points, which is nothing super disappointed with how they dealt with the situation, and the place is bedbug infested. I gave the bedbug to the front counter, and the manager called me later and stated there was no bedbugs in my room, and that no bedbug was found, and nothing was turned into the front counter. Here is the proof don’t stay here it’s disgusting.

Stayed two nights at the Four Points by Sheraton Windsor. Staff was really friendly and had great service! Room was clean, bed (queen size) was comfortable! Because the hotel is on a busy street, it does get a bit loud at times but manageable. Also location of the hotel puts you in walking distance to the casino, bars/restaurant and the water! Wish the price was a bit cheaper given breakfast was not included. Recommend staying here if you’re ever in the city.

Have been staying here since 2018! It is the only hotel I stay while travelling in Windsor! The room is cozy, comfortable, and relatively clean! The front desk is always attentive, amiable, and helpful! Excellent location to downtown Windsor with easy access to many local attractions and restaurants……. The restaurant FIONNs was great and the food was delicious! No doubt will continue staying here! Highly recommended!
