Fitness recently got a makeover and it shows. Really nice equipment and good facilities for changing. Went here 3 times during a week. Not too expensive for a day pass. A lot of different options for other sports too. Everything fitness is from nice quality, mostly technogym. Some space for cardio, one for machines (cable), one for plate loaded exercises. Only missed a few things: Water tap closeby, couldnt find one apart from the one in the changing room. Had to walk back through some gates, so didnt dare to refill my bottle) No mirrors anywhere. I like external feedback from an exercise. Would make the weight room look bigger. Had some nice sessions, would recommend.

Access to the wellness includes the main swimming pool which also has some water jets. Bring your own towels and shampoo. 3 saunas differing in temperature and one good hammam. One of the saunas was closed. Plenty of space to rest on reclining chairs. Also two medium sized pools with jacuzzi to relax, plus a cold water bath. Modern and clean, no issues really.

The place is awesome after the massive renovations! Great view from the main pool windows and the wellness center is really special. It looks like they got a great deal for the gray tiles as the entire place is covered with the same exact tile, no exciting designs…

After 3 years of construction work we were excited to try out the new facilities swimming pool and wellness centre (2x jacuzzis, 2xsauna,1xsteam room, 1xolunge pool). The wellness centre is charged separately, but the really annoying thing is if you have a child with you they are not allowed access, even under supervision, as you can't just leave your child unsupervised in the swimming pool. The tiles round the pool are too slippery, it looks like the same tiles have been used everywhere, the decor is grey, grey, grey... The pool temperature is a bit on the cold side, as is the air temperature, and the hot tub temperature. I think they are trying to save electricity at the expense of the customer experience. The family sized changing cubicles have only one coat hook, so everything ends up on the wet floor. Overall we preferred the old swimming / spa offering which was more inclusive for family groups including children. Lastly the tiling contractor should have been sacked the first day they inspected the work as their workmanship...

Disappointing experience at the pool area

From the outside, the sports center looks fantastic, but as soon as you step into the reception and pool area, it becomes clear how poorly managed the facility and staff are.

The wristbands for the entrance and lockers don’t work properly, causing unnecessary confusion. The system for locking and unlocking the lockers is a bit complicated, leaving most people relying on others to help them open/close their lockers. The staff on the reception shows no interest in resolving issues or offering assistance, which only adds to the frustration.

The water in the pool is cold, and the entire space feels uncomfortably chilly. To make matters worse, there was a power outage during our visit, but only in the pool area. Lifeguard was walking around the pool with flashlight, but no one explained what was going on, leaving everyone confused and uncertain.

Overall, this could be so much better experience if someone...
