Maison Paul Gaschy — Attraction in Colmar-Ribeauvillé

I visited maison Paul Gaschy in august 2025. I went together with two friends, and although we did not have an appointment, we were welcomed generously. Maison Paul Gaschy felt personal and unique, especially compared to the big domaines in Eguisheim. We could try several different wines and, when asked, we got a nice explanation of their winemaking process. Their wines are made with natural yeast and organic grapes. My wife and I visited Maison Paul Gaschy during a bike trip in Alsace. While in Eguisheim, we were suggested to visit this place for an excellent wine tasting. The wines are great, and Bernard was very kind and passionate in describing their procedures. The tasting was amazing. We bought several bottles, which are very appreciated by us and our friends here in Italy. I hope to visit this place...

Si vous n’avez qu’un vigneron à découvrir à Eguisheim, allez chez Paul Gaschy !!! Si vous avez un top trois à découvrir en Alsace, allez chez Paul Gaschy !!! Les vins d’Hervé, l’actuel propriétaire et petit fils de Paul, sont extraordinaires en tous points. Racés, profonds, minéraux, élégants, fins, frais. Des vins d’un remarquable équilibre qui exhalent un terroir d’exception. Toutes les gammes sont à explorer tant elles sont expressives, qualitatives et d’un excellent rapport qualité prix. A noter, fait rare, qu’Hervé Gaschy, propose, notamment pour ses grands crus et vendanges tardives, des vins qui ont quelques années de cave et qui commencent à pleinement se prêter à la dégustation.
