We were very disappointed. We filled out the form online to reserve a spot on the winelover’s tour. There is no option to actually make a reservation. I honestly can’t say whether I got a reply so a few days before our tour I filled out the form again requesting the same tour at the same time. I received a reply saying there was no availability for any of the wine lovers tours but that they had a 10am pleasure tour we could go on. I explained that I had requested a reservation sometime ago and asked if they could check their reservations for our names. If they do not have us on the reservation to please reserve two spots for the 10am pleasure tour. I never received a reply again. We tried calling their phone number but it was just a prerecorded message and no chance to leave a message. So we showed up at 10am only to find no one there. When we went back at 11am they said they did not see my email until this morning and they didn’t have any availability. Their 11am tour only had 4 people in it.
