Galerie Mark Hachem — Attraction in Paris

Communication was friendly and good before bying an artpiece. I trusted them on every part. Once the payment was done I had to send multiple messages because I wasn’t informed anymore. After 3 months I recieved the piece I bought but totally not as promised. The manager of the author tried to set things straight from the VS. Mark Hachem just didn’t care anymore. Now, almost a year later, I still haven’t got any certificate of the piece. I bought a 1/9 artwork of the author Norman Reedus. The piece I got had a printed signature also, not even real ( they promised it would be signed in person). After paying 4 figures , a customer deserves more then promises and a print that can be printed 100 times without certificate. I contacted them in april, and again the last few weeks. Again, fairytale stories that everthing would be worked out, and now after 4 weeks I just get ignored. This is not okay for treating people and the author like this. Now I have TWO 1/9 prints ( how is that even possible? How many more 1/9 are their? ), no real signature, no certificate, and lost a lot of money on just a print that can be printed by anyone. This is not okay for a business like this. If you make promises, make sure you can make it work! I’ve put so much effort in this, and tired of trying. I’m not leaving this at rest, untill this is set straight. Do something about this...

This Gallery is a very horrible the customer service is the worst. Along with that they’re selling fake art. I bought a piece of art from their gallery and when i went to get it appraised they said i was ripped off because it was a fake. I am currently in the process of suing and after doing more research I found out that they have been money laundering. Lovely art, but the owner used the VAT as a selling point for the piece we bought but never sent the paperwork to get the refund. We've emailed a half dozen times and gotten no response.
