We stayed here September 7-13, 2025. We enjoyed our stay so very much. SUPER STAFF. Polite front desk and reception. Helpful in helping us find a restaurant upon late arrival from CDG airport. LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This is 4 blocks from St Paul Metro stop. The number 1 metro line goes straight to all of the tourist action in Paris!!! It is clean. There’s continental breakfast, if you choose. The room was quiet and faced Rue Turenne. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows too; I’m really picky with these 2 things. The shower could have fit 2 people - rare in Paris. Yes the room is tiny; I don’t care about that. We are never in our room and that’s not a complaint. There’s a small night stand by each side of the bed, air conditioning is ample, and a TV if you wish. A glass bottle of filtered water is provided; one can refill it in the lobby free of charge. Minor draw backs were a broken wall hairdryer, but they provided a separate hairdryer, as a remedy. The door to the bathroom is a sliding frosted glass barn style door - while it’s a chic space saver, there is some minor lack of complete privacy that we could work around. There’s room cleaning service, if you want. The cleaning personnel were kind and helpful. The lift / elevator is a good size by Paris standards. 3 people with luggage can fit or 5-6 people with no luggage. Nice for a person in wheelchair or in need of a scooter. Close by there are great breakfast / brunch restaurants 1 block away. Bakeries 1/2 to 1 block away - one is vegan. I’m not vegan, but it was yummy!!! Place Ste. Catherine is steps away and has something for everyone in the way of food drinks bars etc. The marais is a quiet place to stay. Place de Vosges is around the corner. We walked to a Boeuf Bourguignonne Restaurant Le Café des Musées - I recommend. The Mushroom Volute Soup was delish too. Supermarkets are within a block -2 blocks. Shopping is so close: Rue de Rosiers, Rue de Franc Bourgeois and much more. This place is worth the value. We...
Read moreThis is a gem of a hotel! It’s a very traditional boutique hotel in Europe. Small rooms (as expected in a major city) but very personal service. Our double room was well cleaned every day, the the bathroom was as modern as any I’ve seen in a major city with good water pressure, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful in obtaining reservations for us for places that didn’t speak English. The room also has plenty of plugs to charge your devices. ||The highlight, however, was the neighborhood. It’s a combination of locals with tourists, and it had a lovely atmosphere. Even though the hotel is on a quiet street, it’s a lively area overall with countless restaurants, shops, and anything you could want. We spent our days exploring the tourist attractions, but spent the evenings near the hotel. ||The room itself did get a little warm, but that was solved with a $10 usb fan and an open window||One tip- don’t do the breakfast. We got large pastries and coffee at the bakery on the corner. Those were better quality and cheaper. I’ll be...
Read moreOutstanding service from everyone I encountered. The team provided wonderful assistance helping this disabled traveler with luggage.||The hotel is comfortable. Room 301 was very quiet with a great bed. A quiet room was a high priority for me in this longer stay.||Breakfast was good quality with a nice selection of cheese, dried fruit, yogurt, cereals, pastries, etc.||Great coffee machine in the breakfast area.||Great location near Place des Vosges with excellent restaurants nearby.||My only challenge was getting in and out of the bathtub shower due to the very high tub. Grab bars would be a great help as the only thing to use for balance was the window handle.||Water pressure was great.||The hotel does have some rooms with showers but they face the street and are not as quiet.||In summary, I highly recommend this hotel for great hospitality, convenient location and comfortable beds.||Would...
