Grande Roue De Paris — Attraction in Paris

The Grande Roue de Paris is a giant ferris wheel in the Tuilleries Garden near the Louvre. At 15EUR a ride, it's expensive. But it buys you about 10 minutes of the most amazing views of Paris in a central location, and some peace and a place to sit. If you have the money to spare, the skies are clear, and the line is short, it is a lovely ten minutes. An evening ride would also be nice - the wheel lights up and if you time things well, you can see the Eiffel sparkle show at the top of the hour. The privacy of the cabs would also make this a great spot for an engagement or those secret...

There is clearly some sort of scam going on here. Walked with the kids about 40 minutes only to find it’s not there - gone for the Olympics. But somehow there is a link here in google to a site still selling tickets for it right now, and several posters posting recently. Apparently it does often come and go, so I would not buy advance tickets and be prepared for it not...

Cher et un peu intime ! Attentions les prix affichés sur le site internet ne sont pas les bons !!! En réalité c’est bien 15€ par personne (pour 2 tours) et non 10€. Je m’y suis rendu avec ma copine et nous avons demandé à la personne en charge de nous mettre seuls dans une cabine ( vue le prix c’est largement justifié): réponse « non je peux pas le faire c’est pas moi qui décide ». Tout simplement car il y a beaucoup de monde certes, mais au vu du prix c’est déplaisant. Lorsque vous arrivez en haut, vous avez tout de même une vue imprenable sur l’ensemble de la capitale mais ça ne vaut clairement pas 15€!!! Pour faire cours, j’ai l’impression que les gérants s’en mettent plein les poches (sans afficher des tarifs cohérents du site à la réalité) et ils ne sont même pas capable de répondre à la demande...
