Casino Iveria Batumi — Attraction in Batumi

The manners of the staff at this casino were absurd. Never in my life have I met such rude individuals.

I went with my husband and 3 family members. First off I ordered bottled water while playing black jack. The lady rolled her eyes and said "water" like it was the most ridiculous thing she ever heard. She repeated it 5 times in disgust.

3 of us sat down to play black jack and the two workers watching the table kept pointing at my family and I, rolling their eyes and snarling. Apparently no one at this casino knows how to smile. Back in the USA customer service and interaction goes a long way.... not so much at this casino.

My husband sat and played while we watched for a few minutes. Next thing I know they had a bouncer issue for us to leave. If we did anything wrong I would blatantly admit it. We were there for only an hour getting Hawkeyed by staff.

My family came back to play some roulette and the bouncer started following us. I told him that he is very rude, needs to learn how to smile, and that the way we were being treated would never happen in the states. I honestly have never been so appalled in my life by the impudent staff. If you are coming from the states do not go to this casino. You will be highly disappointed. Staff are emotionless and you are better off playing the machine games of black jack. Believe me no interaction is better than any interaction...

THIEF casino🚨Worst experience ever in casino. We had VIP iveria card and they treated this way!! we won some money from here but they start stealing our money after they saw us winning. We asked for camera check they kept us waiting for it for 1.5 hours just for a late bet check!! After that we watched the camera with rude manager at the end they saw we were right and payed us back but they took other late bet!! We payed tip same night around 500$ but they didn’t took care of us. Very rude staff 👎🏼 cheap Turkish PR manager. even though they know English they didn’t want to speak. Worst casino...

I really like how they set up the casino, it's a nice atmosphere! Service is excellent, they have a range of slots machine, IGT novomatic, apex clovers link and EGT and they also have multiplay Terminals with electronic roulette intergraded with slots games and 4 level Jackpot as high as 200,000 GEL, table games poker, roulette and blackjack in USD usually 15$ blackjack on weekday , roulette 2$ but I assume minimum 5 chips of 2$ a spin, restaurant buffet breakfast and dinner good...
