Silk Factory Studio — Attraction in Tbilisi

I recently attended the Myadzaki's World Music concert, and while the performance itself was fascinating and joyful, my experience with the service left much to be desired.

Firstly, there was confusion regarding the venue address. The provided map link showed two different locations, and the address on the ticket turned out to be incorrect. For a foreign visitor, it was quite difficult to determine which one was right when the official information was unclear.

Upon arrival, there were no clear signs indicating where to go, and no staff members were present to assist at the entrance. When it came time to check tickets, two attendants silently scanned them without greeting us or even clarifying that it was a checkpoint. Then the staff member briefly directed us to go left, but when we followed her instructions, she came and told us we didn't listen to her and she had told us to go to another place and then she left —without actually guiding us to the correct path. So she just followed us to say we were wrong🤷🏽‍♂️

I understand that I came here for the music, and in that regard, the experience was wonderful. Though, good service matters too. A simple greeting, a welcoming smile, and a bit of guidance would have made the entire experience much more enjoyable. Because of this, I’m left with...

Great place for events, the sound quality was superb 👌, and there is a small bar for drinks 🍸 during the breaks also, the place could have more than 250 people attend the event. Some people were sitting on chairs and others were standing, you can also enjoy the drinks 🍻 during the event. The only thing that was not comfortable is there were no English signs written to guide us to the event ( the event was underground 🤷‍♂️) but we enjoyed the event to the maximum the band was amazing and the quality of the music, the sounds...

We attended a concert featuring compositions from Hayao Miyazaki’s animated films. The organization was a complete mess.

It all started with the tickets showing incorrect locations on the maps (see screenshots). We arrived at the correct address, but there were no signs or directions. We had to find the venue on our own. Eventually, we did.

At the entrance, there were staff members checking tickets, but they couldn’t even tell us whose concert it was (for all we knew, we might have been in the wrong place—remember, no signs!). Everyone had blank, emotionless expressions.

Then, as we were looking for our seats, someone ran up to us and said, “We told you to go there…!” Well, thanks, but if you're monitoring where we go, maybe just walk us to our seats? Or, better yet, just leave us alone—we’ll figure it out ourselves.

In short, pure stress.

Были на концерте с композициями из мультфильмов Хаяо Миядзаки. Организация на двойку. Все началось с того, что на билетах было неверно указано место на картах. См. скриншоты. Пришли по правильному адресу. Ни указателей, ни табличек, куда идти. Искали сами. Нашли в итоге. На входе сидят проверяющие, которые так и не ответили, чей это концерт (может мы вообще не туда пришли. Помните, указателей то нет). Все с каменными лицами. Затем пошли мы искать сами свое место, к нам подбежали сказали, мол "мы же вам сказали вам вот туда..!" . Спасибо конечно, но могли бы и проводить раз уж следите куда мы идём. Либо просто оставьте, разберемся без вашей помощи. Короче, стресс...
