During check-in, there was one person before me, and the guys at the desk asked me to wait which was totally fine so I sat down and waited. A big family arrived after me and they were also asked to wait. When the lady in front of me finished checking in, it was supposed to be my turn. I showed him my booking confirmation, and he just said, “I don’t know, you don’t have breakfast in our system.” So I contacted Agoda, and thankfully they helped me out. They contacted the hotel and confirmed that breakfast was indeed included.
But the strangest part of my whole stay was the behavior of the desk supervisor (the tall guy with glasses and tattoos). You work in hospitality smiling and saying hello to your guests and apologizing for your mistakes is totally free. I don’t know, it was just...
