During check-in, there was one person before me, and the guys at the desk asked me to wait which was totally fine so I sat down and waited. A big family arrived after me and they were also asked to wait. When the lady in front of me finished checking in, it was supposed to be my turn. But then the desk supervisor the tall guy with glasses and tattoos told me I wasn’t next in line and claimed I came after the family, even though he clearly saw I had arrived before them.

I don’t know what his intentions were, but he was rude and arrogant. Luckily, the family was kind enough to speak up and tell the staff that I had come before them, so I was able to check in. The desk supervisor saw that but just stood there, no apology, nothing.

During check-in, I was told that I had no breakfast included even though my booking confirmation clearly stated otherwise. I showed it to them, and only then did they confirm that yes, I had breakfast included.

When I got to my room, I found two twin beds instead of the king-size bed I had booked. The room also smelled terrible like sweaty socks, probably from the carpet.

The next day, when I went for breakfast, I was told again that I didn’t have breakfast. I went back to the reception, and the guy told me I had no breakfast in their system 😐. I showed him my booking confirmation, and he just said, “I don’t know, you don’t have breakfast in our system.” So I contacted Agoda, and thankfully they helped me out. They contacted the hotel and confirmed that breakfast was indeed included.

But the strangest part of my whole stay was the behavior of the desk supervisor (the tall guy with glasses and tattoos). You work in hospitality smiling and saying hello to your guests and apologizing for your mistakes is totally free. I don’t know, it was just...

Ibis Budget Tbilisi is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a comfortable, affordable, and well-located hotel in Tbilisi. Situated in the city center, it offers great value for money, making it an ideal option for those on a budget who don’t want to compromise on convenience and quality.

The hotel features modern, minimalist design, with clean lines and functional spaces. The rooms are compact but efficiently designed, offering everything you need for a short stay—comfortable beds, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and modern bathrooms. While the rooms are simple, they are well-maintained and offer great comfort, especially for those who spend most of their time exploring the city. The soundproofing is also impressive, ensuring a good night's sleep despite being in a busy part of town.

One of the best things about Ibis Budget Tbilisi is its location. It is centrally located, with easy access to popular attractions like Rustaveli Avenue, Freedom Square, and the Old Town. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby, making it convenient for dining or picking up essentials.

The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. They are happy to offer tips on local sights, transportation, or anything else you may need. The 24-hour reception is also a great plus, allowing for flexibility with check-in or check-out times.

Ibis Budget Tbilisi is ideal for those looking for an affordable, no-frills stay without sacrificing comfort or location. While it’s a budget hotel, the service and amenities are top-notch for the price. Highly recommended for travelers who want to explore Tbilisi without spending too much on...

I would be happy to provide you with a review of Ibis Budget Hotel Tbilisi. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Tbilisi, Georgia.

Firstly, the location of the hotel is excellent. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful area, yet is still conveniently close to many of the city's top attractions, including the historic Old Town, the Narikala Fortress, and the famous sulfur baths. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance of the hotel.

The rooms at Ibis Budget Hotel Tbilisi are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are equipped with all of the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The bathrooms are also clean and modern, with a good shower and plenty of hot water.

One of the highlights of this hotel is its excellent customer service. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel welcome and at home.

Another great feature of Ibis Budget Hotel Tbilisi is the breakfast. It is a simple continental breakfast, but it is fresh, tasty, and filling. It is the perfect way to start your day of exploring the city.

Overall, I would highly recommend Ibis Budget Hotel Tbilisi to anyone visiting Tbilisi. The location, rooms, and customer service are all excellent, and the price is very reasonable. It is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the heart...

Review of ibis Budget Tbilisi As a solo traveler, I always prioritize safety, easy access, neatness, value for money, and friendly staff when booking hotels. Over the years, I’ve stayed with the ibis group, and they’ve consistently met all my expectations. This time, I chose ibis Budget in Tbilisi, Georgia, and once again, I was truly satisfied. The booking team was cordial, responsive, and very friendly, making the entire process smooth. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located. It’s within walking distance of Rustaveli Metro Station, and taxis like Yandex and Bolt are easily available at any time. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, ibis Budget Tbilisi delivered exactly what I needed as a solo traveler—safe, convenient, and value for money. I would definitely recommend it and choose it again for my future stays.

Standard double. It’s smaller than I expected. It’s ok if you’re solo traveling just like me. But if 2 of you would be a little cramped. The bed was great. The room was clean, in general, maybe a bit more of vacuum and deep cleaning of the carpet. The bathroom was also clean. The bathroom mirror was a bit smaller because of its style. Sink was small too. Enough for 1 person. There’s a coat hanger in the entrance area of the room. No closet. But if you don’t stay longer, it’s all ok. The only thing I don’t like is that this hotel doesn’t have formal/proper reception. Most of the time the reception area is empty. No phone or anything in the room. So if you need something. You ask from the QR scan AND no one was attending online. So you have to go down to ask for whatever you need. It’s inconvenient.

For those who don't know, I must say the hotel is BUDGET, so some items that are provided in usuall hotels are not there. So, have you own toothbrush and toothpaste. There isn't a safety box in the room, but there is one at the reception. There are some gym stuff like rope and Hula-hoop there, too. The rooms are not very big so it's comfortable for 1 or 2 people, not more. But rooms, lobby, and dining area are all perfectly clean and well ventilated. The staff are very kind, patient, and young :)) they speak English very well. To sum up, Ibis Budget is one of the best hotels to stay at Tblisi. We loved our stay. I hope you enjoy it too. ❤️
