Only set as a way point for time purposes. It’s ALWAYS busy with traffic with it being a central bottleneck for traffic. Much improved since the re-surfacing, road markings and traffic lights. It was a complete free for all before and still is, to a certain extent, there are just road markings saying where you SHOULD be. As anyone knows who has driven in Tbilisi, people go where they want with little regard for road placement. The only reason most (not all) don’t go through red lights is that they all have cameras and the City are not shy in giving fines.
