Exceptional Experience with Mr. Dev and Mr. Shalom at Upside Down Berlin!

I cannot express enough gratitude to Mr. Dev and Mr. Shalom for their outstanding support and kindness during our visit to Upside Down Berlin. From the moment my family and I arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and their hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable.

Mr. Dev went above and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable and had a fantastic time. His friendly nature, professionalism, and attention to detail made a significant difference. He patiently guided us through the entire experience, explaining the best angles for pictures and helping us capture the most creative and fun shots. His enthusiasm was contagious, making the visit even more enjoyable for both the kids and adults in our group.

Mr. Shalom was equally amazing! He demonstrated great patience and kindness, ensuring that every member of my family had the best experience. He took the time to engage with us, making sure that we understood how to get the best out of every exhibit. His cheerful and helpful attitude turned what was already an exciting visit into an absolutely memorable one.

What stood out the most about both of them was their genuine care and willingness to go the extra mile. They didn’t just treat us like visitors; they treated us like family. Their warm smiles, helpful tips, and positive energy made our experience at Upside Down Berlin one of the best attractions we have ever visited.

The place is funny and you can make lots of fun here with friends or kids. But we came on Sunday after lunch so it was a bit packed. So it can happen like there weee 2-3 groups of people waiting in one single upside down room for photos taking and it’s a bit awkward for those who are posing for a funny pic. We can rank here with higher score but my daughter lost her shoes in the changing room which is for you to dress up for taking some photos in the walk way. As there’s no place for you to store your own shoes so the own shoes and shared shoes for photos are all mixed on the floor. I eventually ran like 30 mins searching from room to room for the shoes and finally found it on another kids some rooms away. Staff is friendly but they can also do nothing to help as too many people were there and the sign to the next room is not clear. Ironically I was even trapped in a mirror room while I was rushing for the shoes finding. I hope the indication of the direction and adding some shoes storage at the dress up room will be nice. Overall here’s nice to come but better come in...

Our team visited The Upside Down, Berlin, on the 5th of March 2025 for a work social, and we were thoroughly impressed. The venue itself is remarkably clean and feels very new, which is always a good start. We found the variety of themed rooms to be quite impressive with each offering a unique and entertaining experience. The karaoke and photography facilities were first-class, providing plenty of opportunity for fun and laughter.

The staff, including the owner, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring everyone had a good time. We would certainly recommend The Upside Down for corporate events, parties, or even just a night out with friends. The atmosphere was excellent, and the overall experience was very positive.

Our only minor suggestion would be to perhaps broaden the food options available. However, this did not detract from an otherwise excellent evening. We will certainly consider returning in the future.
