Deeply disappointed👎 Not suitable for tourists. Bought 6 tickets for my friends and I. We were late (20 mins) to enter the place because there were no bus from Historiche MĂŒhle (where we bought the ticket) to the Schloss Sanssouci Palace. We waited the bus from 13.30 it only came by 14.00. When we went to the entrance, the lady who scans the ticket rejected us and asked us to wait inside with a very rude tone. Some other tourists who were also late also rejected by the lady rudely. She then slammed the door and told her colleague that we were late (but the way they react was more like humiliating usđŸ€Ą). After she confirmed that there was no slot for us, she then rudely kicked us out. I had a good expectation about this place but unfortunately this experience has let my expectation down. My suggestion is maybe instead of being rude, the staff here can be more friendly even when they have to reject those who are late.

Was soll das???

Tremendously poor customer service. I was hung up on after asking for an English speaking agent IN GERMAN.

I was given the wrong tickets after asking for tickets for the Neues Palais.

There was still time to refund the tickets as they were for a later schedule, but the agents closed early before closing time, before 16!!! Their website lists closing time as being 17 30.

They told me it's my fault I was given the wrong tickets in spite of both ignoring the request for the Neues Palais, and closing early and are both refusing responsibility and a refund.

German disorganisation, laziness and rudeness...
