Absolutely breathtaking place. The hot springs are amazing and provide a very calming and relaxing experience. The spa is located right in the mountains, about a 30 minute drive from Copan Ruinas. The road getting there was a bit bumpy but not too bad so long as you don’t drive in the pitch black. The staff were very kind and welcoming, although it’s definitely best to know a bit of spanish if you are an english speaker as it was tricky to communicate. The hot springs are gorgeous and very clean. The pools are all different temperatures so there’s something for everyone, whether or not you want something cooling or hotter than a hot tub. Bring a towel as they didn’t have any there. We also got massages while we were here. They were only $25 USD each and were incredible full body massages. The thermal baths are very beautiful and picture worthy but there are a lot of drawbacks, first of all the access is very bad and you need a 4x4 just to get to the location, they do offer transportation but its a very bumpy ride and quite expensive, next the massage, I go to a lot of massage places and this one has to be the lowest rating in my opinion, it's more rubbing than an actual massage, making it painful if you have body hair, and to top it off it's quite expensive. Lastly the facial cleansing, it's very expensive and they really dont do anything, they just put a mud mask on and remove it, no treatment, no massage, no hot towel, nothing. It feels like a ripoff when you can do the same thing in the mud bath which is included in the entrance. I almost forgot to mention the 2 pools, both are in very poor conditions and...

This lovely thermal water haven is incredible! $10 US bucks a day. Onsite resteraunt where food is very affordable and fresh to order. If you intend on eating here please inform the resteraunt of your order and what time to have it ready so it will be prepared for your return. Many many beautiful forest like scenary with tranquilizing thermal baths. Your first time here a guide will give you a thorough walk through of the place. After shes done you can start your exploration. Please please please if you see any of the water that is steaming with great hot amounts do not take it upon yourself to go in there.
