Avoid Dolphin Travels – Poor Service and Passenger Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Dolphin Travels. I booked a bus from Nashik to Nagpur through RedBus for an 17:40 departure. Unfortunately, the 17:40 bus was canceled, and the replacement was delayed by nearly 6 hour.
To make matters worse, after finally departing, the bus spent another 8 hours in Nashik until midnight just loading parcels. It was clear that their priority was cargo, not passengers.
The next morning, the bus stopped only once at 7:00 AM for tea and breakfast. After that, there were no stops until 2 PM – not even for lunch. The driver told us there would be no lunch break because the bus was already running late. This caused extreme discomfort, and many passengers, including myself, went the entire day without eating. This level of negligence is not only unprofessional but also poses serious health risks.
While the bus itself was comfortable, the service, punctuality, and disregard for passenger welfare were unacceptable. It’s evident they prioritize parcel deliveries – likely for extra income – over passenger needs.
I would like to bring to your attention that I am extremely disappointed with the recent experience I had with RedBus. The issue I faced was not only inconvenient but also poorly handled. Despite multiple attempts to seek support and a proper resolution, I did not receive a satisfactory response or timely solution from your team.
Such experiences affect customer trust and raise serious concerns about the reliability of your service. Due to this, I have decided that I will no longer use RedBus for any future bookings. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your customer support and service quality.
I strongly recommend avoiding Dolphin Travels & RedBus . Passenger safety and basic needs should never be compromised.

This is the worst travels ever. I have recently travelled from Hyderabad to Pune by this travels. In the journey I lost my luggage trolley worth 30k and this is not even a joke. When I got down of the bus the bus conductor says that your luggage might have fallen down from the trunk or it may have got stolen. I was like what the hell is going on. While boarding I saw that the bus conductor did not even lock the trunk and he just left it as it is. I got to know this in the morning when the conductor said me this.Then, I tried to contact the head office of dolphin travels which is based in Bombay. One of their manager connected with me named “IBRAHIM”. He was so rude in the conversation and he also abused me. I told him the whole scenario and he told me that, the Dolphin Travels cannot do anything as it is a fault of the staff. And he blamed the staff for everything. It’s so petty to do this. Ibrahim also denied to compensate on my loss and told me that the driver and the conductor are going to compensate for your loss. Since a month when I even try to connect they don’t even answer calls. “Dolphin Travels owner” you don’t know what’s going on in the operations I request you to be mindful of how you’re staff is and if you’re reading this message I request you to compensate me on my huge loss. Read moreI have travelled in the Dolphin bharat Merc Benz Bus, on 08-feb-2025. this bus got Breakdown near Lonavala Ghat at 11pm. Due to Improper maintenance & lack of Bus servicing the bus overheated and got Breakdown. They are not trying to fix the issue or arrange another bus so that the passenger could go safely, they haven't seek any mechanical assistant from the bus owner, they were just waiting to let the engine cooldown, it was almost 2 hour the engine wasn't getting cooled and later they poured water in water pump, then they noticed there is a leakage in the pipe, because the water is getting drained the engine got heated. Later they took the bus out of the tunnel again they are just checking with their half knowledge mechanism, They are wasting time but not trying to get another bus let go passanger. I could sense that instead of waiting for 3 hours they could arrange another bus from their travel company and provide service to customers who were suffering. Due to not improper vehicle service maintanence, some times any damages may occurs which leads to accident. They are very careless not inspecting the vehicle just driving hyd to Mumbai and Mumbai to hyd consistently. Now its 2 am still they are not seeking any alternate assistance from their company.
Please don't book and travel in this Dolphine bus travels. Very worst service I ever faced. Very poor maintenance, the bed was not cleaned, no proper AC, charging points were not working, cockroaches.in the seating cabin, Very very poor...
