Angel's Spa Sanur Bali — Attraction in Denpasar Selatan

WORST manicure experience in my entire life. i chose this location as it was right infront of my villa but toally regret it. they treat you differently depending on where you come from. there are so many problems with this salon. they don't use clean tools on your nails. the towels she used to dry my hand were ragged and covered in lint. the woman who removed my shellac polish on hands did so VERY forcefully, damaging and chipping nails. she did not wait for the acetone to soak in properly and it was terribly painful. she did not even remove all the shellac properly leaving alot in the corner of my nails. she did not shape my nails properly either, as nail tips aren't smooth and are fraying. the manicure part (other than removing my shellac) was literally scrubbing my hands with some type of exfoliation cream. washing it with a bowl of water and then scrubbing my hand again with a nail brush forcefully. it lasted less then 10 mins. I wasted an hour of scrubbing my nails painfully to remove shellac and 10 minutes more of just scrubbing my hands. initially came for a mani/pedi. left with just a  manicure. does not meet up to western standards one bit. I went to many other salons in indonesia, the manicure always included steaming towels and hand massages and are always gentle with your nails- but not here.Do NOT go to this salon, there are so many spas on this street with better pricing and better service. I got foot reflexology last night. I needed to review how bad my experience was. The ladies spoke to each other the whole time, I booked 30 mins and got 20 mins as they kept answering the phone. The shop felt unhygienic. The actual reflexology was like just rubbing my legs. I told the owner / manager that I was unhappy, but he was too drunk or stonned to care. Pay the extra up the road....

Average massage not that good full body massage including punching my stomach! And the waxing on the leg was as bad as the massage got a burn on my leg because it was too hot i had to tell her 3 time before she unplugged it and i had to tell her which direction to pull the hair .....
