SOTIS HOTEL KEMANG JAKARTA — Attraction in Jakarta

Located in prime are of kemang, Sotis hotel give appealing ambience at first. We stayed here for family event 10 minutes away from Sotis. Actually I have very mix experience in this hotel thats why I gave them 3 stars. My family booked 2 rooms, direct booking handled by Mr. ANDICO, and he is amazing! Booking and check in process are smooth, help by Mr. Andico since booking until we inform them we are going to check in in the evening. On our way there, we called the hotel directly and they help to inform the amount of deposit and help to check in the room (I forgot his name, but he is also good!) Upon arrival, we met security on the lobby area (under stairs) we asked if we can drop off there and he is only nod (no talk, only nod without smile) then we told him we need concierge because we have many luggage with us and again he only nods. We told them that my mother cannot use stairs and he is nod and points somewhere. We speak Indonesian, but seems like he really do not want to talk.

We got room on the 3rd floor and surprisingly the room very dim, especially for me who have eye issue. Luckily it wasnt that bad in the morning, since we need it to do makeup. The room have seepage on the wall which made the wet stains quite large and visible and and the woven runner on the bed had stains like blood stains.

Then, my other family come with bad news that our car scratched in basement, because we get into basement from out lane (the in lane full with cars that parked there- which is strong safety issues) and there is no security that helped them to park. We raised this case to reception, and the reception only say sorry. Next morning, my father approached by Mr. AGUS. They have talk and my father told him about our car case, he is offered to compound our car, which is life saving because the scratch majorly gone. He event helped us to take the car out of basement (which is very small and narrow) again from out lane because there 2 cars park on the in lane, he also offered to do valet when we back from family gathering.

Other good point for this hotel is the breakfast, which is good, not really much option though but its good. If you need egg, they dont have egg station, but you can order it to the servers. The greeters of both days are very friendly (again I forgot their name, sorry!)

The swimming pool also good, eventhough the view are not really pleasing and I also find cockroach on the swimming pool.

After all, this is just an okay hotel if you need somewhere to...

Ordered a double bed room but when I checked in they assigned me to twin instead. The reason according to them that I booked from a third party agent and they still hadn't change the booking system yet. How should I know if your establishment had any kind of trouble with any booking agent?? After arguing with the receptionist she gave me a solution to assign me a twin bed room but assembled together so it could feel like a single big bed. Yet another surprise when I entered the room it was just a simply old fashioned twin bed room separated by a bedside table in the between. I hadn't got the time and energy left to go downstairs and argue again so I just accepted the fact that I'm not going back to this place again nor my...

One of two 4 starts hotel available in Kupang City. It is located by the beach that mainly full of coral so it is very dangerous to swim there. The room quite comfortable, the breakfast quite nice, unfortunately, unpleasantly i found small cockroaches in bathroom. However the most disappointing about this hotel is very load music during the night event. Most of the guest cannot sleep at all due to the load music coming from the hotel bar.

So if you wanna have peaceful night in this hotel, please make sure that you stay it is not during the night event which is happened...
