The pub itself is stunning however the menu and dining experience wasn’t as pleasant. Firstly there is only 3 meat options (2 steak dishes and chicken supreme) there’s also a catch of the day but when we arrived last Friday evening we were told they were all out of fish. So my partner ordered the ribeye steak only for the waiter to come back and tell us they were out of that too! So that left only the sirloin or chicken to choose from so we were completely put off before we even began to eat. I had the chicken supreme which didn’t look very appealing when it is was put in front of me. You would think they’d have plenty of supplies in before a busy weekend! For a new establishment they should be a lot more organised and prepared.

Restaurant in the centre of the Quays in Wexford .Food was good with a wide choice. I recommend the spare ribs .Service was fair, though we were a large crowd, so I assume it improves for a more intimate dining experience. It stocks a wide variety of beverages, extra qudos for having non alcoholic beers etc.I would recommend booking in advance, but I am sure walk ins can be catered for .Interesting decor with views of the crescent Quay and John Barry's statue. Good paid parking, but can fill up. The only down side is that I think it is a bit pricey or up their standard .Overall a good dining experience .

Beautiful looking bar with high ceiling and plenty of nice looking drinks, stacked high. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful with the main man (suit) looking very competent and professional and working away hard. The menu was dissipointing in its presentation and choices of food. Just an A4 piece of paper on a clipboard! Looked terrible, wouldn't inspire confidence in the chef. Guinness "bunting" dropped around large parts of the bar takes away from an otherwise impressive looking bar. Unusual opening hours, nice place to go for a drink. Not so sure about the food.

I was recently here with 5 friends and I have to say I was less than impressed because I had genuinely heard good things about the food and the service i.e staff but I was left disappointed me and my 5 friends were in for drinks 1st no problem at all we were told as we were given a high table but we were then told happy hour that was our whole reason of being their was not on for that evening.

we were disappointed but we continued enjoying our time with lovely service from a gentleman with glasses but when he was not attending us the service severally left something to be desired as when a person out of our group asked for a cocktail asked for a particular cocktail the staff roled their eye's and we could here them speaking about us in a negative way.

Regarding the food, we ordered chicken wings, and i would seriously question what the cooking standards are or where they source the wings because they were rubber and really tough and when they were delivered none of us had cutlery or something to clean our hands which i personally found a surprise considering some of the previous reviews

I will not speak regarding the bathrooms, but the pattern followed from the service and food, but it was a poor standard

I honestly believed that the bank was going to live up to all of the positive reviews and what we had all been told and while their was glimpses of good things like the tasty cocktails and good service from one staff member the rest of the night left alot...

We visited this establishment during our time at the Fleadh Ceol as we wanted to get some dinner and this had some lovely reviews. Our experience was nothing short of horrendous. When my main course came out the dish was covered in onions instead of carrots, which was stated on the menu with no mention of onion. As I can’t eat onion I asked the waitress my problem and if I could get a different dish. She said no problem and yet never brought my replacement dish. I told the manager about this and then asked to cancel the order as I had been waiting 20 minutes and my friends had finished their meal. When the bill arrived we got incorrectly charged for an adults starter instead of a children’s. We also got charged for the incorrect meal which I asked to be sent back. The manager changed this which was a little bit of light to the dark experience. I left the establishment with no main course eaten. An...

We don't live local but we would come back to wexford just for this restaurant! My mam and I came in for a couple of drinks last night and when we saw the food being served to other guests we knew we had to get something. I ended up getting a portion of the Crispy Chicken Dumplings for something light and I didn't regret it, they were absolutely lovely!

Later on in the evening we had asked the staff to call us a taxi and even though it was nearing their closing time, Jean was an absolute gentleman and insisted we stayed inside out of the cold while we waited.

Overall, we would definitely recommend the restaurant and bar, the atmosphere of the pub is amazingly cozy, and the staff and Jean are a dream!

Thanks again to all...
