I mean they had beautiful designs but the attitude of the staff was disastrous! The staff there who claimed to be the daughter of the owner was super rude and arrogant! We were trying to feel his soft the silk was but she came quickly! Pulled it from the racks for us not to touch it and she was like you can try it on but you can’t touch! I mean a person can be sweaty and try it on but can’t touch it? Even the high end brands would not behave that way! And it’s obviously not! I bought this purse in Bellagio about a week ago. The daughter of Pierangelo was working and she was so nice. I love the designs and the story behind it! However, the purse leather is already flaking after only a week of use. For almost 300€, I'd expect much better quality. I'm surprised because the purse feels nice, but it must be low quality leather.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I am really disappointed! I was hoping to have this purse for a long time and use it for years. But it seems it won't even last...

POOR QUALITY!!!!

I bought a bag from them and it was ripped! I didn’t see it because when i choose the design I wanted they brought a new one from the back and it was wrapped. When i got home I noticed the rip so i went back for a refund and they refused!! Only exchange!! Please before you buy from them take a look at the reviews and pictures people posted so you don’t waste your money like me!!

And a no refund policy is ridiculous! So...
