I bought a leather rucksack bag last October cost €300. As it was winter on my return to the UK I only started using it in April of this year. After two uses the green coating started to wear and the base leather show through. I contacted Stefano at the shop who totally dismissed my issues and said I’d left it soaking in water which was completely outrageous given I spent a huge amount of money! He tried to sell my another bag but refused to acknowledge any problem. I am left with an expensive bag which cannot be restored without significant cost. This is an outdoor bag which should be resilient and strong enough to cope with weather conditions not something for display in a glass case.

I bought an Italian product assuming quality and got a very poorly manufactured item rubbish quality and a complete rip off. No acknowledgement of customer issues and no customer service.

If you are looking to buy proper Italian craftsmanship...

Scam Alert - I am a big supporter of small businesses but not this one. Please do not buy from here as the quality of goods is extremely subpar as compared to other shops in the area. On noticing a scratch on a bag, the owner (Stefano) pretended that we had made it and became extremely rude. That itself shows the true character of a business. I wish I had read the other recent reviews which talk about the owner as well. Please save your money for a better place. Stopped in this fabulous men and women's boutique with bags, belts shoes, scarves, more. The beautiful jackets lined with silk caught my eye. Each is unique and reversible (solid color or silk side). When I could not find the color combination I liked in my size, they brought several more over to view. They were very kind, not pushy and I felt they they genuinely appreciated me shopping even though I did not find what I wanted. I would give more than 5 stars for...
