My experience was far from enjoyable. I had high hopes for an exciting adventure, but the overall experience left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.
To start with, the ticketing system was quite confusing. Upon arrival, I was surprised to learn that in addition to purchasing a ticket for the cable car, I also needed to buy a separate ticket for the bobsled ride. The fact that the bobsled ticket was more expensive than the cable car ticket seemed unjustified and left a bitter taste in my mouth.
Even more frustrating was the fact that bobsled tickets were not available for purchase at the bottom of the hill, where the cable car station is located. I had to make the journey to the top only to find out that there was an excessively long waiting time of two hours for the bobsled ride. The staff at the top informed me about this extensive waiting period, but this critical piece of information was not provided at the ticket counter down below.
As a visitor, I would have appreciated transparency regarding the wait times before purchasing tickets so that I could make an informed decision. Waiting for such a long time for a ride was simply not feasible for me, and I felt that my time and money were wasted due to the lack of clear information.
Overall, the experience left me with a sense of disappointment and regret. The unclear ticketing system, the high cost of the bobsled ride compared to the cable car, and the lack of information about the extensive waiting time for the bobsled ride were major downsides of my visit.
I cannot recommend it based on my personal experience, and I hope that the management takes note of these issues and makes necessary improvements to enhance the overall visitor experience...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I were there on july. We went to the office downhill before taking the chair lifts where we saw a signpost indicating weight limit (110kg), asked for more infomation and paid the tickets, since everything was ok. Once we get to the top, we go to the FunBob office to hand over our tickets again. No problem again, so we proceed to queue. We're just waiting to be the next to get on the FunBob and the attendant looks at my boyfriend telling him that for safety reasons he can't get on and he needs to go back from where he came by chairlift again. He says that is because of his 'bone structure' it's not safe (he is 1,85 meters tall and weighs 100kg), despite complying with the limits indicated on the signpost and that 2 other employees saw him and said nothing about him not being able to do so. We complained but they didn't even gave his money back for the Funbob (just a partial refund), and even made him pay to be able to use the chair lift back!!!!
If we got to know he couldn't be able to ride on it since the very beginning we would...
Read moreI would like to share an important note regarding our experience with the Summer Slide. We took the cable car up specifically to enjoy the Summer Slide, but unfortunately, we encountered a serious issue on the way down.
The waiting time for the slide exceeded two hours, with heavy crowds and little organization, causing great discomfort—especially for the children. This is not acceptable for what should be a smooth and enjoyable experience.
To clarify, the issue is not with the cable car, which worked perfectly, but with the Summer Slide itself, due to poor crowd management and excessive wait times. We kindly urge you to improve the organization, perhaps by implementing timed reservations or better flow control, to ensure a more pleasant experience for...
