very unpleasant service in shop with embroidery next to La Casa do Giulietta that violates the customers' physicality. the employee wrongly assumed that I had entered the store through the other entrance and forcibly forbade me to leave through the entrance under Julia's balcony, tugging at my backpack. she spoke in Italian, knowing that she was dealing with a foreigner. my aunt, who speaks Italian, explained the situation to the employee, saying that we entered through the correct entrance under Juliet's balcony, and she, as if deaf, ignored the explanation and told us to go out through the exit from the road and stand in an hour-long queue again to stand under Juliet's balcony. it wasn't until another employee told this horrible woman that we had entered from Juliet's balcony and then she "kindly" let us out through that exit. I do not recommend this place, beware of it. even if the embroidery is nice (although made with a sewing machine), it is not worth supporting...
