If you're searching for antique porcelain and other unique items, look no further - this is the place to go! Skip other stores and save your time. The lovely owner I met was incredibly knowledgeable, showed me stunning pieces, and was never pushy. Her passion for her work shines through, and you can feel it. The owner was working at the shop front and very knowledgeable about his collection. At the entrance they keep reasonable plates that are printed (not hand painted) yet old (some of them are from the Edo period) I bought a plate for 1800 yen from their reasonable line of collection. I stumbled upon this beautiful shop today, and I was wowed by the selection they had. This shop is owned by a couple it seems, and I met the wife. She is very knowlegable and walked me through the history of the pieces, and she even spent some time sitting with me to share how the pieces were made.
