Been to this store twice, both very positive.

Met a young chap named Wyn/Wen? Who was very friendly, helped my wife and I pick out a few items, also pointed us to their other store which was a short walk away.

Came back two days later after my wife had been talking about a Burberry coat she really liked, we made the trip up to be met by Taka, who was awesome to deal with. Helped us pick out the coat - Burberry Cardigan with hood, which looked magnificent on my wife, and Taka even helped with a few extra accessories. He made the whole process very easy and was incredibly helpful.

Honestly the best shopping experience I had in Japan. They have the best stuff, high quality and new trendy things, overall amazing selection! I got my dream watch and picked up tons of unique clothing pieces. Not only that but the staff is so kind - I got the best trench coat and such great selection of Burberry clothing and their bags are nice. I usually never leave too much review but they deserved it!
