We are beyond happy with our new silver rings, engraved with our pet’s name. The ring-making process itself was enjoyable and instructions were easy to follow. It took about an hour to complete the workshop. The staff are so supportive and attentive, ensuring you get the best experience. The menu and price breakdowns are available in English. My favorite part was when the rings are finished, the staff will display them beautifully on a wooden tray so you can take photos of your work. We were also given cute complimentary pouches to safely store our rings in which was a beautiful touch. Even if you don’t speak Japanese- I still highly recommend it. We loved making each other rings for our wedding anniversary! Minori-san was very helpful every step of the way. There are English instructions and even videos to help explain the process. You choose the ring shape, thickness, size, material (silver/gold/rose gold), finish, extra designs (twist, mobius, wave, square) and engraving. Once you make your selections, the fun begins! You are mainly sanding and polishing the ring - I got a hammered finish so we got to hammer the ring to get the pattern and correct size! We were there for about an hour. The staff here are very helpful, kind, and patient! They are very excited and enthusiastic about theirs and our work, making it all the more memorable XD All the staff were very eager and accomodating, always looking out, trying to help me and my friend and guide us through the steps and next action. The custom ring making session took about an hour as they have mentioned, and it is a very fun and fulfilling hour.
