Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower — Attraction in Tokyo

Its not-free-anymore Observatory is absolutely worth a visit! The views of the Tokyo Tower 🗼 and the city are amazing. Even Mt Fuji 🗻 is visible when the weather conditions allow for it. Now, the options for entering the Observatory on the 33rd floor are the following: Eating at "Dining 33" restaurant (quite expensive) Getting a drink at "Skyroom Café & Bar" (you need to pay an additional 500¥ admission fee and queue to order - there was a pretty long queue when we went) Ordering take-out desserts at the "Dinner 33 Pâtisserie à la Maison" - which we opted for. The desserts were not cheap surely (850-1200¥ the piece), but they were delicious and maybe even cheaper than option 2. They cannot be eaten at the Observatory or anywhere around the 33rd floor (we went down to Lobby B1, ate them and up again where we showed the invoice and we were...

Azabudai is an exemplary of technology rich structure in Japan! Commercials, cafe and restaurant with flower garden in front of the building. For the first time visitors, I am sure it might be quite confusing to locate things. We were there to take look of Tokyo Tower and had travelled all four commercial floor to check for the elevator. But finally, it was in the B1 where you can get direct elevator to 33rd floor.

There is direct connection to Kamiyacho station from the B1 of the building. Just follow the direction board. The observation on the 33rd floor is free of cost as of now 😃 Clear view of whole Tokyo city, Tokyo Tower and they say on clear sky Mt.Fuji is also visible.
