Coming from southern California where I've always thought we had decent ramen, this place is by far the best I've ever had. No contest. Still early days on our trip through Japan, but the other ramen place on my list to try have their work cut out for them. The noodles are bouncy with just the right amount of chewiness and a great aroma, and the broth has huge flavor without being overwhelming. The ajitsuke eggs were perfectly flavored and cooked, and all of the accompaniments were nicely balanced. Note for fellow tourists, they don't speak much English and it's cash only. 濃厚な味噌の味が特徴的なスープを堪能出来るラーメン店です。 脂分・ボリュームたっぷりのラーメンをガッツリ食べられる、という印象を受けると思いますが、濃厚な味わいのスープであるものの脂っこくなりすぎず重くなりすぎずの絶妙さで、最後まで美味しくいただくことが出来ます。味に深みを出すために、ニンニクやニラを使っています（勿論大量にではありません）ので、食後はブレスケアに気を遣うかもしれません。 店内は、見た目として1階のカウンター席しかないように思いますが、2階にもテーブル席があり、客席の数は多いです。一方で、2階への昇降は階段のみで、出入り口も段差があるため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方の利用はお勧めできません。 出入り口付近に、食券を購入するための券売機がありますが、ディナータイムは席に着いた状態で注文をするスタイルとなっています。スタッフの接客対応は可もなく不可もなくで、特に不愉快に思う接客ではありませんでした。

This is a ramen restaurant where you can enjoy a soup characterized by its rich miso flavor. You may get the impression that you can eat ramen in this restaurant with a lot of fat and volume, but although the soup is rich in flavor, it is exquisite, not too fatty or heavy, and you can enjoy it all the way through. On the other hand, to add depth of flavor, garlic and chives are used (not in large quantities, of course), so you may need to be careful with your breath care after eating. The interior of the restaurant seems, by appearance, to have only counter seating on the first floor, but there are tables on the second floor as well, and there is plenty of seating for customers. On the other hand, the only way up to the second floor is by stairs, and the entrance and exit have steps, so we do not recommend wheelchairs or other disabilities to use the restaurant. There is a ticket machine near the entrance for purchasing meal tickets, but during dinner time, orders are placed while seated.
