worst aftersales services in history.
Being a foreigner that doesn't speak japanese is probably part of the problem...
I'm client of the shop for more than one year, have a member card and spend ten of thousand yen each month..
Came to buy a Sandisk extreme 2Tb external disk. This very expensive disk is out of stock. Seller advise to buy WD_Black (1,5x more expensive : 47 000 yens). At home, the disk doesn't work at all on two computers of the family (and fully block one of them). On the two others, it's slow (tested at 500 mb/s instead of 2 000 mb/s, with proper usb 3 2.2 and cables. under 150 mb/s during real file transfer) and very unstable : block every few minutes and totally freeze the computer after a while.
I came back to the shop the next day to ask for a replacement (not even a refund).
They keep me during 45 minutes, Explaining that they can't do nothing, saying that everything work and that's it's not their problem. And to see with the manufacturer...in US...
As a result = lost 50 000 yens for a useless junk.
After posting on google map, they send the general webpage of their contact file. Don't answer to my email after almost 2 weeks....
Worst aftersale services ever...
Edit : Tried to make a replacement procedure with the manufacturer (Western Digital) : the serial number of the hard drive sold by Lab1 is not recognized by their support. Process from US is impossible and they send me back to the seller... Lab1. That don't answer to support demand (both onsite and on their website) and sent me to US support in the first place.
Worst aftersale service ever, worst quality service ever,...
Read moreThis review is from a Tourist perspective. This place's got everything besides food. I got my extension cord here, and there are so many cashiers and very polite staff members.
We come here almost daily during our Tokyo stay, because it has everything for my 2 kids to take a rest in. All the anime/gundam figures, electronics, fun looking appliances, free and non-free gaming stations, clean washrooms, and most importantly, their "relaxing station" my kids call it. That's the 4th or 5th floor, where you can lie down on their bean bags, stuffies or chairs.
The kids built so much bond with "Mr. Banana" that they had to salute him before we leave the city. Bought 2 stuffies as souvenirs. This place is well maintained, and very comfortable to shop in. Surprisingly one of my kids' favorite places to come back, an...
