Absolutely fantastic stay! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Our stay at the Mitsui Garden Hotel was amazing. The room was beautifully designed and well-maintained. The highlight was the bathroom with a breathtaking view of Tokyo Tower. Soaking in the bathtub while gazing at the illuminated tower was an unforgettable experience. The complimentary mini bar, replenished daily with green tea and orange juice, was a delightful touch that added to our comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, embodying the exemplary service that Japan is renowned for. Despite some language barriers, they communicated effectively with us in simple English, ensuring our needs were met. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with a 24-hour Lawson right below and a Donki mart just across the road, open until late. The JR Shimbashi station is a mere five-minute walk away, making it easy to explore Tokyo. While the room was on the smaller side, which made managing two large suitcases a bit challenging, it was still cozy and comfortable. The lift system, requiring a change at the hotel reception level, was a minor hassle but did not detract from the overall positive experience. Overall, the Mitsui Garden Hotel offers a wonderful stay with superb amenities, friendly service, and a prime location. Highly recommended!

The staff was friendly upon check-in and complimentary beverages are included inside your room. The nearest station is about a nine minute walk and Ginza is a very popular area for shopping so the station is always packed night and day. The room size is cozy, slightly larger when compared to a typical hotel in Japan and the view is decent. I stayed on the 22nd floor, the lobby is on the 16th floor and you can see the Tokyo Tower from the bathroom. I thought the room was decent until I looked into the bathroom closely. There was mold all along the tiles in the shower and underneath the shower chair. The mattress feels thin and is hard so it is uncomfortable. The control for the TV is very delayed. You can Chromecast to the TV, but ours stopped working on the same day and I was instructed to contact the front desk. For the price of the Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier, the rooms are not as nice as I had expected, but an expensive area does not necessarily mean that the hotel would be nice. It was one of the more expensive hotels that was booked during my trip and it was the smallest, and dirtiest one.

Stayed 4 nights here in a queen room. Arriving at the building, we were slightly confused as we were unable to locate the “official” hotel lobby. As the hotel occupies the space above the office building from level 16 onwards. It doesn’t have that “grand hotel lobby entrance”. Room was expected to small however it has sufficient space for 2. Cozy room & we really liked the toilet & the layout - comfortable 🏩🇯🇵🎌 *+++++ points, the view never gets old. Lobby at level 16 has the view of Tokyo tower 🗼toilet bowl was exceptional! We love it. Security is lacking as we thought that the room card can only tap to the level we were assigned but no, it is accessible to all levels. It seems like the access key card for a room in this hotel is able to access at every level in the elevator. All it was needed was 1 tap, and multiple floors could be accessed. It didn’t feel like a v secure lift for the hotel. Also, the room door’s gap was v high. ** We were confused when we requested for some water from the front desk upon checking out and we will politely declined “due to not being hotel guest anymore”.

Stayed there for three nights and the room has great city view and the location of the hotel is great just a few minutes from ginza shopping street and subway station. However, I am not satisfied with room quality especially the bathroom they were old and thirty, and the shower head handle will always turn facing the wall when it is turn on. We picked this hotel because of it’s a four star hotel and we hear good things about this hotel brand and it just not the expected quality of a four stars hotel. We lived in other Japan three stars hotel they were much better than this…cleaner and cheaper too. The room cleaning service…they left a wet towel over clean clothes that I hang in bathroom clothing rack, I guess that’s why their bathroom were dirty, the staff just don’t really care that much. 😁honestly good city view with a wide window…we kept the curtain closed because privacy reasons the hotel mention during a certain timeframe there will be people cleaning the windows. So four stars hotel for what reason?
