The hotel is relatively far from Shibuya Station, requiring a transfer to another subway line to reach Kamiyama Station. It takes about 20 minutes on foot to reach Shibuya Station. The advantage is that there is a 24-hour supermarket directly opposite the hotel. The lobby is spacious with plenty of seating for visitors to rest. The room has a work desk and a long wooden table that can be used. There is also a washer-dryer and a small pantry in the room. Laundry detergent is provided, and there is also a microwave and an induction cooker， making it suitable for business travelers. The cleanliness of the room is average, and some items taken out have dust on them。 A highlight worth mentioning is the mirror in the hotel's bathroom, which is coated with an anti-fog film, so even after showering, it doesn’t get covered with steam.

The hotel has affordable price, the size is more than enough for two! It’s clean, the service is fairly good. The daily room service is only to take your trash and change your towels, not to make up your bed or clean everything. The room has washing machine, dining table, closet. Free coffee / tea machine at the lobby. You can take any bathroom kit you need at the lobby as well. Vending machine is also available at the lobby, but small mini market like 7-eleven is just opposite the hotel. Location: part of Shibuya, but not really that close. It takes 10-15 mins walking from the shibuya crossing / hachiko statue. If you choose to take train, the nearest station is not Shibuya station, but Shinsen station. No airport limousine to this hotel. The closest one is at Mark City mall (5 mins walking from hotel)

Friendly staff and good amenities (who doesn't like free coffee?). Spacious room and conveniently located. Do notice it is a little bit uphill from the Shibuya station in case you bring a lot of heavy suitcases. There's a supermarket across and a don quijote not far if you are looking for food. We accidentally left our JR railpasses in between the folders and checked out. We panicked a bit when we got back later to pick up our bagage and found out but the staff stayed calm and went to look for them. When we found out that they were going through the trash we helped them out and managed to find the passes! Super thankful for the super helpful staff.

I loved my stay at the Tokyu Stay Shibuya. The room was huge by Japan standards. I was happy to see the room was filled with plenty of extras including a kitchen sink, hot plate, microwave, large fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer that takes about 5 hours to compete a cycle. The bathroom was a good size with excellent water pressure. The air conditioning was great to take a break in during the hot Tokyo summer. Everything you want to see is within a 15 minute walk. The staff were wonderful and would consider other tokyu Stay hotels because of my amazing time here.

can improve in terms of cleaning. please note there is no cleaning or even bed making done at all if you stay less than 6 nights, you will need to pay an additional charge if you need cleaning done on any of those days. new towels and trash bags are provided to you upon request. spotted a tiny bug on the wall and i hope it isn't something bad! though i didnt have any bug bites at all in the nights i stayed there. despite this, 2 stars because location is good and near Shibuya while also being a quiet area at night.
