I want to give a big thank you to the incredible customer service I received at Disney Mercantile. I had an issue with an exchange that was a bit complicated, but the representative named ITO handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and care.

ITO went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved smoothly. Their friendly attitude and willingness to help turned a stressful experience into a positive one. It's rare to come across such dedicated service, and it truly made a difference.

ディズニーランドホテルのお土産物屋さんです。規模は大きくはないですが、TDLのお土産物が購入出来ます。パークイベント毎のお菓子缶やステーショナリーなども販売しています。また、ディズニーホテルオリジナルのグッズも販売されています。ホテル宿泊ができたらいちばん良いのでしょうが、予算オーバーの時は、仕事帰りに舞浜駅からホテルまでを散策し、ホテルのラウンジやビュッフェでちょっとリッチに夕食、更にここでお土産を買う大人デー...
