An amazing art gallery in Cochin, Eranakulam. They have 3 halls at ground floor which are interconnected and two halls on the first floor. We have exhibited our wildlife photos last week. Its a prestigious location and it draws many visitors who will come regularly to this place to experience art exhibitions. Ample space for parking is available that removes the parking worries. Adjacent to the gallery a huge ground is available which will attract many visitors to spend their evenings. It's operated by Kerala Lalitha Kala Academy. This was originally a Palace converted for art gallery after being taken over by Kerala lalitha Kala Academy. There are no standard display of art and Paintings displayed here, as it may change from time to time. This place is also one of the permanent venues when the Kochi-Muziris Biennale. The gallery is managed by Kerala Lalithkala Academy where each year the annual state exhibition of selected art works are exhibited. It also has the dedicated T K Padmini Museum on the first floor which has an amble collection of her original paintings. The photos with this review are from the 2022 state exhibition and the launching of the book 'Insight and Outlook; selected essays on contemporary art of Kerala' by prominent art historian and critic R Nandakumar.
