Sreekrishna Inn — Restaurant in Kerala

Sir i have being a regular customer to your group from my school days , from dwaraka hotel days graduated to Sree krishna inn, in these long years ( from 18 to 54 yrs ) i have personally recommended my freinds, my business associates, including my foreign customers to dine at your sree krishna inn . for the quality food being served and the clean ambience while ..Fourtunely classmate of one of yr close family as well.

Today i had visited the krishna Inn with family and elders to celebrate wedding anniverssary and had lunch at the hotel ( Ref bill no 45442) i felt totally shattered at the quality of food given as north india thali, to remove doubt i enquired with r staff if any mistake was done by giving us south india instead.

I felt really irritated but restrained myself not creating any issues inside the hotel as yr customers wre just coming in in good numbers, the staff when asked why punjabi papad was not served along with thali...he just had no answer, while rudly asked me if i really wanted to have it.( while we had just fifnshed the food , seeing his rude attitude one of the elders who was also present asked him to serve same.

After that he opined to me that few kerala dishes are normally included in north india thali..i had called his aside and convyed is low voice that i am not new to krishna inn so dont teach me ....the food given today as north india was really bad and not in good taste and high stands of krishna inn which it is normally maintains.

This could be stay incident today wht had happed but it really pained me to the core and the occassion for wht we had come down was also shattered.

Sir pls ensure the menu is cked every day before being served / the staff members too need to be customer freindly pls , all comments without any prejudice to your institution which i had being upholding for good quality and service but for todays unfortunate incident,

A very bitter experience that we had in our life time... unpleasant feel right from the moment we entered the hotel with craving hunger...i was surprised to see the owner himself behaving in the so called term called 'ATTITUDE' Heavy crowd....we were literally unpolitely ordered to be seated outside and place the order It was an impatient wait for almost 45mnts and added to this was the unnecessary intervening of the owner telling us that our table was still not ready ..we actually did not even disturb him asking for this throughout our wait . Then came out turn..again another wait at the table for thirty five minutes without receiving our meal and no one to explain the situation too...asking for hot water was simply an utter waste ..rude behaviour of the waiter too...plates that were placed had the stain of the previous served food ..then how do they call themselves the best?? Our order of butter rotis and kadai paneer arrived very late and was not hot....they were burnt black with half of the top portion missing.again i received a rude reply from the waiter when i questioned about this. I am attaching the photo also...high above all these was the one factor which troubled us a lot. While we were waiting for food with a totally disappointed state of mind we saw the other nearby tables being served faster than us.They were all people who came after us...the stinging truth or conclusion that we arrived at ...,,'a subtle racism prevailing??' The fried rice had salt crystals as such... is this the quality of food that they boast about?? We had a discussion with the owner who apologised.. but that doesn't serve the purpose...what is done is done was his reply....namesake remedy was the refund..we did refuse to get it but now I feel I should have got it...Hope the management rectifies such things in the near future......i too conclude saying what is...

I usually prefer non veg food when I go outside as there are only a few pure veg restaurants in Ernakulam which provide decent food. Lack of good veg restaurants is the reason why there is no healthy competition and hotels like this still exist. Anyways, as my Mom is a vegan and while travelling we were searching for a veg hotel around 8.30 pm, we found this in the close proximity. There were five of us, including my wife and 2 babies. First of all we didn’t get parking inside as parking is really poor. Somehow we managed to park outside the property and went inside and occupied a table. The waiter was reluctant to come to that table and clean. The bitter experience slowly comes now. Suddenly a guy appears like superman and asks us to go out as we didn’t reserve and we should wait outside, even though 2 babies were there with us. Leave all that, when we entered the restaurant no one was there outside the dining area to reserve the table and take down the names, which is a usual practice in all fine dining restaurants, I don’t know if this is one and didn’t feel as well. We felt really bad and left the restaurant without eating. The entire team there must first take some hospitality lessons from some good restaurants. After all its a matter of some dosa and chutney and its available elsewhere, no need to come to this cramped place. It will be available even in very good non veg restaurants, that too fine dining with reasonable pricing. I would suggest their team to visit Aryaas located on the highway connecting cheranellor and lulu mall for the hospitality...
