The hotel is not easy to locate. The staff employed is not professional. Most of the time no one was available at the reception. Rooms were not up to the mark. Hot water was not available for the bath. No housekeeping was available. The potable water, a basic requirement was not fulfilled and so water bottles were brought from outside. Empty bottles and cans of liquor, empty packets of munching were found lying near my room. TV was not functional. AC was operating with water droplets coming out from the blower area. Oyo is advertaising as well as rather than existing condition of the room here.There are AC and TV in the discription in the amnities of the oyo application.They are totally exagragating the existing condition of the room and try to fool us .These are the existing condition of the almirah , there is no air conditioner working properly , there is no television at all , and actually the existing condition of the washroom also was bad.Iam really disapointed with this advertaisement of the room in oyo and their serviece.After i connected to their customer care they are not able to refund for me.Wrost serviece and experience...

If I could give 0 stars, I would do it without a second thought. This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The room was extremely smelly, covered in dust, and the bathroom was unbearable, It stinks terribly. The tap water was yellow and had a strong, awful odor, making it impossible to use.The only thing that worked was the AC, but apart from that, there were no basic amenities—no towels, no proper services, nothing! The hotel’s only advantage is its prime location, but trust me, it’s not worth the regret. Please make a better choice, or you’ll deeply regret...
