My two friends and I stayed at this establishment for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience was marred by extremely poor behavior from the staff. It felt like they treated us with disdain, as if saying, "This is who we are, and if you don't like it, tough luck." Nowhere did they communicate any rules or guidelines, instead assuming that guests should conform to their liking, which is simply unacceptable.

During our stay, a friend came to visit us and stayed for just half an hour due to the high temperature outside. Out of courtesy, I informed the staff that my friend would be joining us in my room for a brief chat. However, they made a huge scene about it and reluctantly allowed the visit for a mere 10 minutes. Exactly 10 minutes later, one staff member came to the room and abruptly informed us that our time was up, while simultaneously, another staff member started calling from the reception area.

When we descended to the reception, the person there shouted at us to leave, displaying an alarming level of aggression. It was clear that he was always on edge and seemed eager to pick a fight. Such rude and hostile behavior towards paying customers is entirely unacceptable, especially from a business supposedly in the hospitality industry.

I sincerely hope that this review prompts the management to reconsider their staff's behavior and approach towards guests. It's imperative for them to reflect on their actions and strive to create a welcoming and respectful environment for...

Totally Disappointed.

I had a booking last week for a single night, which I had made well in advance. I called ahead to inform the hotel of my late-night arrival and my need for a late check-out. The front office staff assured me that a late check-out would be possible if rooms were available.

We arrived at around 11:30 PM on the day of check-in, only to be informed by the front desk that the room I had booked was not available. They demanded extra payment for another room, leaving us with no choice but to comply given the late hour. Reluctantly, I paid the additional fee and reiterated my need for a late check-out at 1:30 PM, which the staff agreed to.

The next day, at 11:00 AM, I received a call insisting I check out immediately. I explained that I had already been granted a late check-out. After retelling the entire situation, I was then told I would have to vacate the room for 30 minutes due to pest control. This disruption came while we were trying to rest after a long day of travel.

Worst hospitality I have ever encountered. The lack of organization and communication among the staff was appalling, and their handling of the situation was both unprofessional and disrespectful.

To make matters worse, the hotel does not have a lift, forcing guests to carry their luggage up multiple flights of stairs.

I will never recommend this...

We stayed there for two nights and did not really like this place. The room we had (deluxe) was spacious, well furnished and designed however this impression was ruined by the very unpleasant smell, which was mix of humidity and cow farm which is just next to the hotel . The walls were quite destroyed and had with black mold, the pictures you see on their website doesnt show you this. Bathroom was very uncosy, humidity, shower switcher not working, no soap (only hair shampoo, conditioner and tooth set). If they work on a smell, dry walls (recommend to buy air cleaner/dryer), remove mold (not just repaint) and renovate it, it will be okay but still not sure if could be called deluxe room. Now about the stuff, the manager was very nice and helpful, helped us to arrange some tickets and offered help in taxi - thank you so much! However, the rest of stuff is undertrained and they literally can’t help you with anything, even not with loundry or calling a taxi so it seems they’re there only for check in and out. Please allow your receptionists to be more responsible and provide more service it will allow them to grow.

Very much disappointed with this hotel. I've booked the room after reading all the reviews. But this hotel really made me feel cheated.first of all the room provided was very tiny such that only one person can walk freely,as you can see from the picture. The toilet has damaged toilet seats. The ac seems very old with stains. And I've booked this room for 2300 odd rupees through makemytrip why it isn't worthy for even 1300 rupees. Please have a look on the photos attached to see the conditions. I've left the room after one hour and took room in another hotel as I really felt suffocated. If you are ready to spend 2300 rupees just for a tiny room and bathroom, you can take this. Otherwise if you value your money, there are plenty other options available around.

This hotel was booked online by us for a day’s stay at Kochi on our return from a trip to Lakshadweep. The Hotel is located on the Darbar Hall Road opposite Siva Temple. This is a new property with very good ambience and tasteful décor. The room size was good, bed linen and towels were fresh. Bath was of good size, neat and clean. The Hotel has a kitchen but does not provide lunch or dinner, but they can arrange delivery from nearby Malabar plaza Restaurant. The Hotel did provide breakfast.Wifi did not work well inside the room. The Manager Alex and the staff were most courteous and eager to serve and help. Overall it was a pleasant stay at the hotel and I will not hesitate to stay here on my next visit to Kochi. Highly recommended.
