Boba caffe Sarit — Attraction in Nairobi

Was at the sarit one today, the prices were fair and the cup sizings were reasonable but the service i was given was just WACK. The lady was so dismissive and trying to rush me when there was LITERALLY no one behind me. I was new to the cafe so i had questions which were answered quite rudely. Great place I like that they offer sweetness levels. Bubble tea under 400 shillings is fair. Good selection of flavors.

For First Timers: don't mix tapioca with fruit flavors. It might taste awkward. Tapioca is for Milk Flavors. Popping Pearls are for fruity and tea flavors. horrible. we were told to wait 5 minutes and we ended waiting almost half an hour for three drinks and watched two people who came after us receive their order first. the server wasn't friendly and worked extremely slowly as we watched and waited in vain. the actual boba was not as advertised and ended up tasting fermented, and all the drinks were almost undrinkable. waste of my money and time. cannot recommend...
