I recently had the pleasure of visiting Eden Reflexology Centre during my one-week vacation in Kota Kinabalu, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. Without a doubt, this place is the best massage center in the area, and the reasonable prices make it even better.

One of the highlights of my visit was the 60-minute dry massage. It was truly fantastic and left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The massage therapists at Eden Reflexology Centre are highly professional and skilled in their craft. What impressed me the most was their unwavering focus and attention to detail. They didn't engage in idle chit-chat or distract themselves by talking to their colleagues during the massage. Instead, they remained fully present, ensuring that every stroke and movement was executed with precision and care.

The ambiance of the center also contributed to the overall experience. The place exuded a sense of tranquility and peace, allowing me to unwind from the moment I stepped inside. The atmosphere was quiet, which further enhanced the relaxation factor. In fact, I found myself so relaxed during the sessions that I often dozed off, a testament to the soothing environment created by Eden Reflexology Centre.

Moreover, the staff members were friendly and accommodating. They greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel welcome throughout my visits. They were attentive to my needs, ensuring that I was comfortable and enjoying my massage experience to the fullest.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Eden Reflexology Centre enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and received exceptional service. Saw most review comments were good and hence decided to visit and took 2 hours body, head and foot package.

The first therapist massage was soft and can't feel any pressure. Requested couple of times to be stronger to have pressure, unfortunately the therapist still could not perform in an hour of opportunity given. The therapist was honest and admitted got limitation and asked me whether want to change therapist. My answer was yes. Then the person in charge at counter came to tell me other therapists just finished their service and exhausted and hence could not serve me. The person in charge approached me continue to use the same therapist which I felt very disappointed (would waste my time again and not worth for money paid).

End up, I didn't know why they provided me second therapist (called Kim). The second therapist was good and performed well, unfortunately only could serve for less than an hour due to time due.

Since the first therapist couldn't perform for guys, person in charge at the counter should not arrange the first therapy for guys (maybe can consider arrange for girls) and wasted customers time, money and felt disappointed. In addition, the therapist should gave up at the earlier time of 15-30 minutes instead of 1 hour only told customer about the limitation.

I do not intend to request compensation from your centre, but I hope your centre can look into this matter seriously in order to serve customer...

It was my first time going to Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, and everyone I met in this city during my trip was kind and gentle. And the staff at Eden Reflexology Center were the kindest and nicest of all. ☺️❣️

First of all, this shop has a website, so it is easy to access for foreigners from various countries. There are descriptions of various massage courses, and you can look at reviews left by actual customers. You can make a reservation by phone, but you can also make a reservation by contacting the website or WhatsApp, which is very convenient. I was worried because I am not good at English, but even though I spoke in broken English, the staff immediately understood what I wanted and listened to my request. Thanks🙏

If it is close to a massage shop, they will pick you up from your accommodation to the shop. And they helped me call a Grab to the airport. Customers who received massages were allowed to store their carriers and luggage during the shop's business hours. 🧳

There are various facilities near the massage shop. Right next to the shop is a large shopping mall called Center Point Sabah, which is 5 minutes away. There are also delicious local restaurants, franchise restaurants, convenience stores, and marts. If you walk a little further, you can also go to Imago Shopping Mall and Waterfront. So the location of this massage shop is also very good.

And the important thing is the massage skills. The massage skills are so good that I received them twice a day!! I received a 120-minute full body oil massage at lunch and a 60-minute leg and foot massage at night. They use good oil and massage at the intensity that the customer wants. When they first start the massage, they ask about the appropriate massage intensity. And while they massage, they check if my condition and requirements are different for each area. If you ask what type of massage matches what you want, the staff will give you an explanation and make a recommendation. If the course you want is not on the menu, the staff will recommend or prepare a course that is suitable for you through consultation. When I got my second massage, I asked them to only massage my legs and feet because I had walked a lot that day, and they accepted that.

And before the massage, you can take a quick shower first. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, disposable sanitary panties, and body towels. The shop seems to be clean and well-maintained. The interior looks like it was remodeled relatively recently. The massage beds and towels are soft. If you choose to take a shower and get a massage while feeling refreshed and invigorated, your whole body's fatigue will be relieved and you will have a happy time. 🥰💓💓💓
