Pizza Hut Restaurant Api Api — Restaurant in Borneo

Had the lunch set deal there many times without any problem but this time was different. Customer service really needs improvement. Ordered lunch set (main+drink+soup). While ordering I wondered why waitress even showed the drink selection for the ones that are not on the 'lunch set' selection. The reason came apparent during payment when shown that I ordered alacarte. RM10+ more compared to if the order was lunch set. Waitress insisted I ordered alacarte, didn't want to change the order. I had to call for the manager; he also insisted that I have to order from the specific lunch set menu - but I wasn't even shown the lunch set menu, just the main menu, and I remember ordering lunch set. In the end manager relented and cancelled the order, remade into lunch set. while issuing receipt, the receipt was jammed ever so slightly with force with both hands into my hand by the waitress... just wow... These guys don't even bother masking it with apologies, they down right don't want me back. Fine I won't come back, so just relax since you won't have to face me anymore. Good...

I had a bad experience at Pizza Hut Api Api. nothing wrong with the food itself, everything was fine and acceptable. But I’m giving a 1-star rating so Pizza Hut can take note and hopefully improve their service or management. last night I went to Pizza Hut and ordered a few items. It wasn’t crowded, only about five customers including us, but the waitress seemed to be handling everything alone so I didn’t want to rush her. The food came a bit late but it was still tolerable. the real problem started after we finished eating. I asked for my food to be packed for takeaway, and when I got home, I realized they forgot my dessert — the chocolate cake with ice cream that I added to my order. Really disappointing because I was looking forward to something sweet. I hope Pizza Hut improves their service and pays more...

The first thing, I always like to bring my whole family gathering at this place. In the past dine in here, the taste of meat bolognaise was great but tonight the taste tonight too salty. Since my family was hungry, we just go ahead with the meal. However, my suggestion for further notice, need to put special request meal in the QR code ordering and this give the good & quality food for the people surrounding who have special dietary, medical reauirement( diabetes, high blood etc). Tonight I can say good in the service but not the quality of food. I hope the company look into the comment tonight for better...
