OYO 89345 Api-api Gh — Hotel in Borneo

I booked a Standard King Room from Agoda and paid RM54 but upon check in, madam said I must add RM31 in order to check in. She is selling the room for RM 85 instead. Plus there's a RM100 deposit in cash which is only refundable if the bedsheets are not stained by soda drinks and the toilet is not blocked by sanitary pads. The room is clean and WiFi is fine but there is no kettle, no hairdryer, no windows in the room and the space is a little small. I can get better price on OYO with better facilities. Sorry no second time. I had to cancel the second night which is not yet paid. Agoda does not allow me to submit a review so I am doing it here to warn others of this hidden charge. At check out, she didn't call housekeeping to check on the bedsheets and the toilet before refunding me the deposit of RM100, so all that intimidation is just that. She also warned that if I had checked out a few minutes later, I would have been charged more!...

Clean place to stay eventough the facility need to be upgraded.But the kindness and really helpful staff can covered the weakness...keep the good work guys...will look foward in my next visit...tq.Kasi...

Extra charge was asked in the receiption and not the same as the price in the oyo app, as a regular customer for OYO , this is the first time i had trouble with booking , definitly not good ...
