Step into the world of luxury, fashion and entertainment at Imago Shopping Mall, Kota Kinabalu's premier shopping destination, and experience the ultimate shopping experience. As a frequent shopper, I can confidently say that Imago is my favorite mall in Sabah, second only to Suria Sabah Mall. This mall offers an incredible selection of local and international brands, making it the ultimate destination for fashion-forward shoppers. Whether you're looking for high-end designer brands or affordable local boutiques, Imago has it all. The wide range of options available ensures that you'll find exactly what you're looking for and more. One thing that sets Imago apart from other malls is the traditional dance performances that take place every day. This cultural experience adds a unique touch to the mall's already impressive offerings, making it a must-visit destination for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the local culture. The toilet facilities at Imago are spotlessly clean, and the ample parking spots and reasonable fees make it a convenient destination for shoppers. Additionally, the mall hosts numerous events throughout the year, ensuring that there is always something exciting happening. In conclusion, I highly recommend Imago Shopping Mall for its incredible selection of stores, cultural experiences, clean facilities, and excellent parking options. If you're looking for an exceptional shopping experience in Kota Kinabalu, look no further than Imago.

Probably the #1 shopping mall in Kota Kinabalu, they set the standard especially during the festive seasons, Christmas, CNY, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Halloween be sure to check out the Oval, for their decorations and events. Interestingly, this is the only mall in KK that has a dedicated welcome troupe which performs traditional dance, the Magunatip, near their main entrance daily at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm & 8pm. The video is available on YouTube and TikTok just Google Imago, you will find plenty of them, but it's just a different vibe watching live. Parking flat rate at RM3, the best parking is at the basement, it has quicker exit vs. the upper level parking. Imago also provided the parking system with green and red light that indicate the parking lot available or occupied. No other mall has this in KK. Cool. This mall is kids and disabled friendly, there are toilets facility and nursery room at level 2. (near Aeon Molly Fantasy) that is considerate for parents with kids. Would you look at the signage, the toilet has a bowtie. Surau is at the basement, entrance is near Senheng. Did you know iMAGO has the only Lego certified store in the whole of Borneo? The only nightmare here is the traffic jam during the festivities, or if there is an event being held, you could be stuck in your car for a prolonged time just to get out to the main road, my record was 1hour plus during Hari Raya 2022, better traffic management would be nice.

Honest Review, Reason imago is the best lifestyle Shopping mall in Kota Kinabalu: 1, Only IMAGO provide free toilet usage with clean environment, and free tisu for shoppers. Other shopping malls like 1 borneo, Centre Point, Suria Sabah, Asia City, Megalong as well as Karamunsing will consider toilet as one of their source of income. RM0.20 - RM0.50 per entry, VIP RM1 per entry. 2, Maintenance wise i can see imago frequently maintain their road and building assets, car park will have maintenance staff to wipe on floor everyday, lightning at carpark everything ok not feeling haunted👻 3, Your safety as shopper or Shop Tenant in Imago is guaranteed, feel safe to shop freely, never saw shoplifters hand-cuffed by policeman like what i used to saw as frequent as once a week back to the time i used to active at 1Borneo Shopping Mall. 4, Car Park ticket is RM3 for whole day, while other malls charge you per hour 😱 5, Only IMAGA provide Cultural Dance Performance to welcome shoppers while the rest…..shop at your own experience. However, as a Shopper we do wish Imago can improve by bring in more variety of foods. As the restaurant here is very common, which other mall will have too. Car park wise, its best to provide a special parking place for tenants or staffs at a place that is far away from entrance door, should give a nearer distance priority to shoppers 👍🏻

We heard so much about Imago when we search online for hotel or AirBnB features homestay apartment but unfortunately for us 23-26Dec17 was all fully booked. Eventually we stay at Mercure which is about 15mins drive to Imago. Yes we went there 1st time and had very good experience huge and deluxe and interesting shopping mall. We went there for 2nd time prior to our 26th Dec departure as kids love Imago it seems. Many choices of shops with product attractiveness. Food court are beautiful quality food try BBQ Korea. Love thay dinner. However exiting the oarking is tedious. Q for paying parking ticket and Q to go out needs Min 20 to 30 mins. Jam inside out. Good things have Jam. Logic. Ha ha ha.

The largest shopping mall in Sabah you should not miss if you only have time for 1 mall. This is like Vivocity combined with Sunway Lagoon with the favourite brands and local designers for great quality, beautiful designs and a few very pretty shades of colours (you may not get in Singapore malls) for smart casual wear and great Asian sizes, young and old. My bestie and I are so satisfied shopping here at prices that are at least 50% the prices sold in Singapore for popular local brands like Dees and Parkson store (equivalent to Metro or BHG Bugis). Superb location and very accessible by Grab in just about RM10.

A nice high end mall in Kota Kinabalu. Mostly branded shops in all its floors. A wide variety of trendy specialty shops. A good number of local brands, too. Also a lot of dining options. They have a food court and food stalls. An anchor Department Store and a Supermarket. Nice ambiance, the mall became more lively after 7pm when most locals have already eaten. We came to KK during their puasa or fasting period since its Ramadhan. Most people eat after 6pm. A lively welcome is provided by a group of local musicians and dancers at its Entrance A. This place is definitely worth a visit.
