I was there on 18th Sept to attend my facial appointment.I was asked by the on duty security guard (basement carpark) where i wanted to go.after replying to the security guard,i was asked to scan the Mysejathera on my mobile phone.i was suprised why i was asked to do so..becoz as we aware Mysejathera scan is no longer available in our phone and we are no longer needed to do so.the question is are the security guard trying to bullying the visitors by giving false information,or may be just trying to make a conversation especially if you female/alone or may be the management of the responsible security guard company did not well inform they staff that the Mysejathera is no longer need to scan .i dont know if other people ever encounter my kind of experiance.i have been to other places such as malls in Kota Kinabalu but never been asked by any on duty security guard "where you wanted to go or what brings you here in they premises/building".Do you felt comfortable if you are being asked for a such question? Will this type of attitude bring customers...

Hate the tight security. You have to show your identity card to get a pass, go through a barrier, to get to and out of your destination, like taking a train. But then this is a building where the public supposedly get free access; unlike a train station where you have to pay to gain access. The auto gates at train stations are to stop gate crashers; not a security measure to prevent terrorist attacks.The tight security in Shell Plaza backfires. You feel threatened rather than safe in this building and wonder why the need for such security in safe and calm Sabah. Security dumb or what,i as a delivery rider i just arrived there for not even 5 seconds and the Security asks me to leave the main gate lobby,what kind of dumb rules is that?! We rider also dont want to wait too long at one location but this is absurd! does that mean pedestrians cant even stand infront of the main lobby gate for like 1 second?! Go tell your security to not bother delivery rider anymore ,delivery rider are not gonna stay at main lobby gate for too long but only for few seconds ,no need to asks rider to leave that place ,its just like the floor is made of gold...
