When I was out from my room, the house keeping came by, peed all over the toilet bowl, let it stinks without flushing. By the time I reach back hotel, the house keeping is off from work and the room is totally stinked. I have to tried to wash the urine away on my own and the stupid stain which stinks doesnt go away. It makes me think that u really should change ur house keeping staff cos no body in a sane mind would do such a thing to a guest in the hotel and it makes me feel seriously uncomfortable as am travelling alone. The most uncomfortable and horrible experience ever had in a boutique hotel. No next time and thanks to ur house keeping staff to let me wash ur toilet in the middle of the night and sleep with the stinkiness the whole nite. Cheap, yes, but not deserve to be treated this way as a guest. P/s: dont think I have anyhoe offended ur staff as was all the time very friendly to them.
