Grill Patio Burger Bandaran — Restaurant in Borneo

How can you resist this? It's crazy good. Even the comments before proves that this is worthy to come! It's not your typical street burger where u have overdose ketchup on, eating inside a wrap, with plain patty. This is not like that.

This is real chicken breast, and I just had myself Grilled Chicken Cheese Burger with Cheesy Fries for RM6, so freaking money worthy. Though I'd love to just enjoy the burger itself, so juicy, it kicks out all the fast food chain burgers images out of my mind.

This place is just next to the Bilal Restaurant (which I have posted months ago last year 2018) and you can order your meal and be seated at the restaurant, don't forget to order your drink, Bilal serve them sweet. Back to Grill Patio, despite the long list of order, their service is quick, superfast I must say, and the foods come together as we were in group. That's nice, as we can all enjoy together. Bilal is full house having this team open next to them, which is very beneficial.

I have been a regular customer at Grill Patio Bandaran and have always enjoyed my dining experiences. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered an issue that I feel needs to be addressed.

Before placing my order, I asked the waitress if all menu items were available, to which she assured me that they were. Based on her confirmation, I ordered the melted mozzarella cheese chicken chop. When my meal arrived, I noticed that the mozzarella cheese was missing. Upon questioning the waitress, she informed me that it had been substituted with black pepper sauce without any prior notification.

Despite this, I was still charged the full price for the dish, even though a key ingredient, which influenced my decision to order, was missing. Additionally, when I raised the issue with the cashier, I felt that their response lacked professionalism and courtesy, which further affected my...

Music Too Loud For Iftar Hour. Had a chance to dine at the new Grill Patio Burger Restaurant in Putatan yesterday for iftar. The food still great . Price is ok. Only that the music is sooooo loud and the choice of music is also need to be changed just throughout ramadhan. Probably play a slow/soft arabic instrumental / medley sound. I mean like cmon Sam Smith on iftar ...😏😅😅 The music is too loud we couldn't even hear Azan prayer from the phone.
