By trusting them to perform a car insurance claim here, I am left without a car for 3 1/2 weeks. Also, by having them repairing your car, you ARE ESSENTIALLY giving them a free car to run their daily errands and USING YOUR OWN PETROL, instead of them repairing it.

They don't take much care for your car for you and they gave excuses of the appointed adjuster has not come and approve, car replacement parts have not arrived yet.

The car came back with super dusty seat with debris between the seat crease that proves someone sat there, crumpled Hotlink reload coupons and muddy car carpets.

If you must send your car to them for repairs, I suggest DRAINING your petrol tank and keep it for yourself and REMOVE the battery. That will essentially give them friction in using your car.

Just an objective description of my experience getting my car repaired here, judge yourself

"Initially promise 3 weeks delivery but delayed to 4 weeks when inquired at the end of the initial 3. Then delayed another 3ish weeks for a total of 7 and a half weeks. Reason for initial delay being "delivery of parts delayed" and reason for 2nd delay being "generic parts received have defects and need reorder authentic parts. An additional CASH fee of a few hundred was also collected to compensate for reordering and issuance of receipt is discouraged for this payment."

That said, they staff were decent enough and reply to your inquiries asap as long as they are open. My story may just be a one-off unfortunate...
